哈哈，我一个月来不停地 在跟一个骗子忽悠。
一个非洲的客户，不看报价 。直接在网站上看。选了4款手机，每款要1500个。让做PI。INVOICE。他收到后，说他让他们的 什么什么委员会成员确认。一会 回邮件说 财务部马上安排货款。我傻傻的 高兴了会。想 这也来得太容易了。1个礼拜没动静了，突然说要样品确认下质量。我回复。要样品可以，但是得收样品费。客户说没问题 做PI 。样品每款4个做PI给他，他回邮件说，政府政策 不能转帐海外，要将样品 给到QC和政府确认OK后，才能转。样品费算在大货里，到时候一起给。我回复，知悉，我们将在收到样品费后，发样品给你。
昨天又收到个非洲的邮件， 更恐怖，选了4款，2款各要5000，另外2款要7000，货款总额100多万美金，我狂笑，发达了！~
