Rick1985:又一个客户死了!
去年十一月份联系的一个中东客户,四万元的小单,赴十二月圣诞节的,直到过年后才发货,现在货还在海上。
下面是我刚才跟客户的对话:Rick zheng(16:21:05): Hello!

Rick zheng(16:21:30): what's wrong?
Muhammad Azmy(16:21:37): i dont know
Rick zheng(16:21:44): This is Rick!
Muhammad Azmy(16:21:50): i know
Rick zheng(16:21:58): How are you?
Muhammad Azmy(16:22:05): i am ok
Rick zheng(16:22:08): ok
Rick zheng(16:22:20): Have you received the goods of puzle mug?
Muhammad Azmy(16:40:17): Not yet
Muhammad Azmy(16:40:55): My client deduct 30 % from me becuase of delay
Rick zheng(16:42:08): How can he do that?
Rick zheng(16:42:51): are you loss the money?
Muhammad Azmy: yes
Rick zheng: sorry for the delay shipment
Muhammad Azmy: what i do with sorry now
Rick zheng: have you signed the contract with your client?
Muhammad Azmy: no
Muhammad Azmy: it was first and last job between us
Rick zheng: I'm verysorry for your loss!
Muhammad Azmy: its useless
Rick zheng: Please inform me if I can be helpful!
Rick zheng: it's really out of my control!
Muhammad Azmy: you can share me in my loss????
Rick zheng: no!
Muhammad Azmy: so you cannot help me
Rick zheng: I know, I feel very guilty!
呵呵,这也算是学会了所谓的外贸经验吗?

Rick1985:我们工厂也有问题吧,收了定金,一直催客户的图稿,等了很久才来,来了之后自己的机器又坏了,到最后又催客户付清余款才发货,又拖了一两个星期,刚好又是过年了,就到年后才给他发货。觉得当时倒不如不要发货给他,直接拉去卖废品算了!

billtang:也不要说正常了.如果客户真是买的赶季节销售的商品,推迟交货对于他来说有时损失的不仅仅这批货有可能是一个市场或一个大客户.
还是希望我们有些外贸人做生意也要站在客户的立场来想想. 虽然大家都是为了接单挣钱,但有时接单之前还是要跟客户确认清楚如果交期推迟的话有无影响,工厂确实能保证交期无所谓,如果不能,就我个人观点来看应该就不要挣这个钱了.
