How time flies!
As time goes by, I have stayed in this new company for near 4 month. Now I am not willing to continue to stay here. Why? I think it is not the reason of my ability deficiencies, on the contrast, I have enough confidence to find a better platform to do better.
Before entering to this company, I was full of passion and confidence, thinking that if I can work hard , in additon to my experience, getting much order should be no problem at that time. It is the first time to open international trade bussiness for this company, that is to say, I am just the initial one to develop foreign international market.
There is only alibaba that is registered not for a long time. No company website, even the products haved not been passed to computure. So the following days, I spent almost a week to photo for the products, design and process product images, update to alibaba, translate product and others….
I know, the beginning is very tired, but I have to do it well. Then started my bussiness life. Alougth the company can provide a paid B2B, that is not far enough. Except from arranging alibaba, I just make use of the other time to search clients, almost sending introduction letters every day. No pays, no gains. I hope I can get more clients by my hard work.
However, I found our disadvantage in products quickly, which belongs to cold one, and what is more, it is not so popular in foreign country, almost our clients is not terminal one but intermediaries,the order for this kind products is not possible too big. in addition to our single company’s products, as everything in this company is not enough mature, no strength. Because of those, I am a little disappointed for it at the moment, but I didn’t give up at that time.
The first month ended, I finished 4 samples orders, no formal orders, as our clients are intermediaries, they aslo have to wait for their client’s response, so it needs a long time. I continue to work hard, from morning to night. There were still 2 sample orders in the second month. Till to the third month, just received a small order from Jordan, as it is a tial order, the total amount is only USD390, but I still feel happy, a little comfort from mental.
Now there are also two clients are going to give order for me, one from alibaba, the other from google, which I am should be happy for it, however, I have no feeling, as both of them the total amount is so small, less than 5k RMB together.
Further more, I don’t like the workplace environment, I have tried to persuade our boss to open internation call, no use.
That is why I need to change a better job, to find a better company that can provide me better platform to develop myself.
I would like to challenge myself, and don’t want to waste my time here.
Hope I can find a good job in the near future.

Even if you have the so called "international call", how can you use it? how often you plan to use it?telephone is the hardest way to do the communication, unless your oreal English is perfect, or you do did a very good preparation.when you making the phoncall, there's no time for you to consider, to confirm. Are you ready for it?
One hour's plan is better than 3hour's work.
You must have the reasonableexcuse to persuade your boss, give him the plan .
