疑问三:客人问我是否有折扣,难道他是想拿回扣么?
这个客人到底是一个什么样的心态,我该如何继续回复呢?

客户有一套思路,你有一套思路,最好还是从客户的思路着手,然后慢慢把客户引诱到自己的思路上来。
而不是自己凭主观判断,怎样怎样的,更不能自言自语。

1.关于工厂不工厂的问题,如果你是工厂,你就跟他说是工厂,他现在只是求个心安而已。还有一个是不是工厂,多多少少,从价格上也能反映出一些。不过,说了,他现在只是求个心安,你不用过分计较的。(当然一些描述性的,比如,成立于什么时候什么的,就可以了)
2.他现在是在做初步的筛选吧,他发过来的是DEAR SIR, 而不是你的名字,那可能的原因之一是他会发同样的邮件给别的供应商,再筛选一下。
3.至于怎么把他的思路领到你的思路上来,那就是先好好回答他的问题,让你从别的供应商中脱颖而出,然后,再慢慢问他关于规格还有图片的问题。就是先让他认可你们公司,然后让他认可你们的产品。

呵呵,别这么说了,也是结合了你的意见的了。恩,其实之前类似这样的,我都会直接在他的邮件中回答问题,就是说在他的问题下直接用不同颜色的字体回复。关于是不是工厂,我想附上工厂的照片啊,营业执照啊,证书类的应该最好,只是我今天没带相机,就简单回了。

各位大虾们,我是刚入外贸两个月,之前也没有做过外贸,每天看到询盘就急着回复了,重来就没有想过他是不是骗子。而且我发现很多询盘,回复了就没有回信了,难道是我的沟通有问题,真的很纠结啊!

呵呵,你看帖不够仔细啊,没有谁就这样判断他是骗子的啊。但是一个不愿意透露自己公司半点消息的客人,你难道不会觉得有半点问题么?

是的,他的回复让人很受用

判断是不是真的买家有很多方法。比方说找客人邮件的来源地,比方说用他的公司邮箱,电话,传真,邮件地址在网上搜索相关的信息。这些都是方法。回复没回信,不一定就是自己有问题,很多都是要了价格没回音了,那么要么就是你的价格高,要么就是客人只是来探价的,或者你的回复不够专业,这要从多方位考虑。在自己做到位的情况下,那就是客人那边的问题了,如果是客人的问题,那就给客人对症下药了。
