关注外贸路有很长一段时间了,去年刚开始做外贸的时候还经常写一些心得和兄弟姐妹们分享,今年8月换了新的工作,因为做得是无底薪所以压力非常大,把大部分的时间扑在工作上了,这是我来这家公司开发的第二个客户,也是唯一以个可以做大的客户,前期我打了无数电话,发了N封邮件,终于把这客户搞定下单了,算是一大单:USD3W,也就是从这一刻开始噩梦开始了。单子是10月15号下的,合作工厂回复的交期是11,20日交货。其实这个交期已经够长了,没想到到11.20号的时候工厂给我的回复是一个也交不出,因为他们接了一大单,所有的产线全部挪去做大单了,于是我就跟他们说能不能先排上产线做,到12月初的时候多少给我出一点,稳住客户,工厂满口答应到12月5号可各交500pcs,好吧,那我也不多说什么了,期间也一直有跟进,4号的时候跟工厂联系,告诉我仍然交不出货,所有交期推迟一个月到12月20号全部交清,给出的理由是封装机坏了(我们做LED 产品),既然已经这样了,发火,或者怎么样都没什么用。于是给客人写了第一封长长的邮件道歉,把情况跟客户说清楚,客人很生气,只回了句:我们没有其他的办法,只能等你们把货做好。这一次我隔天就去工厂产线催他们交货。到今天工厂告诉我所有的货只有能交齐其中的三款,有一款要到月底才能做完.,这下我真的是彻底无语了,于是写了以下这封邮件,估计客户看完这封邮件也意味着我跟他的合作就此结束了。.不想多说什么。可耻的工厂,不负责任的工厂永远做不大做不强的..

For the LED Bulbs,The production goes well and we can provide you the below items by this
weekend.
1> MR16GU53W03-O1D LED Light 500PCS
2> MR16GU10W04-06CLED Light 2000PCS
3> G60E27W04-02B LED Bulb 2000PCS
For Air part,(Say:Each 500pcs and Total:1500pcs),I have booked the 23th,Dec's flight,That's to say
the 1500pcs Light and Bulb will sent to the Airport by next Monday and ETD NINGBO on 23th,Dec
and you will get these products around 31st,Dec. Maybe you will ask:Why don't i choose the 20th's
flight as i promised you to sent the bulbs on 20th,Yes,I try to do that,But you know,The Christmas
is coming and the flight is very tight.For the 20th's flight,It's full.So i choose the next Flight:23th,Dec
Hope you can understand..
About the Sea part<Say:3000pcs(Each balance 1500pcs)>,Also having booked the next week's vessel,
All the products will delivery to the Port warehouse by next Tuesday and Wednesday for Custom issues,
The Vessel will ETD NingBo on 27th,Dec and it will take 30-35 days to reach ur side.Pls note! I will send
you the production pictures of the GU10 and G60 within these twodays.
Enclosed,Pls find the balance PI for these three items,You ever paid us:30% deposit for these bulb,So
the attached PI is for the Balance part(Say:70%),Please kindly check and if there is no problem,Please
kindly arrange the balance payment before this Friday to make a punctual delivery.
Regarding to the E14 bulb,It's still a regret for us..Due to some unforeseen problems,The prodcution
still are running not so quick and all the bulbs can be finished by the end of this month,Say:The day
you get the MR16,GU10 and G60.About such delay,i know you will be disappointed again and I don't
wanna explain more,All of these are our faults..As a Sales Manager,I really tried my best to do it,
Everyday I go to the production line and push our production Manager to speeded the production.But
you know,For the E14 is a new item for us and we must solve all the problems before the bulb reach
ur side..What i can say now is:Hope you can understand and advise how to ship these bulb to you?
By sea or Air?

sis0309:说实在的,我们工厂还好些,就是有时候明明交不出货还撒谎,就很不好!同情LZ,不过不要太难过了,我想客户会理解下的,毕竟错不在你,继续努力吧~
tanlei1985515:为LZ可惜,但更多的是为客人感到可惜,从最开始你给的交期看得出人家是为圣诞节而准备的货,你在圣诞节的时候才能发出,等你的货到了,人家的销售旺季都过了,他还卖得动吗?
工厂很定是要盯紧的,你不催人家就不会把你的单放在心上,这点我深有体会。
