之前谈好payment terms为For the first three orders we agree to proceede with ADV (30%), the balance against copy of original b/l, from the fourth order0%ADV +100% CAD after 30 days, against the copy of BL, about 20~25 days after BL, because we need the documents to release the cargo.
然后不久前，客人下了一个Order但分3次出货，客人如期给了30%的定金。
然后前几天，客人又下了一个Order仍然分2次出货。做P/I给客人的时候我特别标注叫客人给定金神马的。然后客人回复了如下红色部分：
Dear ***
This is our fourth order. As our previous agreement, the payment term should be moved to 100%CAD (until 25 days after shipment).
Please correct this information on proforma.Our agreement was confirmed by e-mail on June 30th.
Please confirm.
我一看就火了，一个单分3次出货，明明是一个单啊，不能够3次出货就算成已经下了3张单啊。所以我和客人狡辩如下蓝色部分：
Dear ***

Thank you for your mail and sorry for our misunderstanding.

Actually, the fourth order, for us, it means the fourth order, not the fourth shipment. So the new order I received yesterday is actually the 2nd order.Otherwise, you give us one order and divide them into three different shipments but all the ship date within one month, and it also names three orders, then honestly speakin,g it really means nothing to us .So far as I see, all your orders are not big in total amount, so the small deposite money is not a big problem for your big brand company at all, right?
