As for louis items, there is bit adjustments for LS-C8080G due to the increasing costs. kindly pls note about this.
For Sofa JM-SF3001, I am sorry that we didn't take every costs into consideration on the trade show. It increases a lot after recalculate, attached is the revised pricing.

经过持续半个月左右的邮件电话沟通,脚的效果选择,油漆颜色选择,尺寸,是否加锁等等细节的确认,不断的电话,快递等。
中途给客户做了很多增值服务的地方(主动快递脚的样品,色板等;主动给客户设计唛头,付款条款更改,有疑问的地方马上拍照拍视频做解释)这样加快了订单的确认~
2013.07.25终于收到客人定金~~

We are looking for another supplier for this series, and in this price range.
I dropped the ball with this company and did not respond to an e-mail about them possibly do an exclusive with another company. So, I cannot get this line anymore, and we started to do very well with it.
If you don't do anything in this price range, do you have a recommendation to who might?

2:根据客人提供的彩图,去客人网站下载图片,想尽一切可能的办法找到更多的资料,
3:就这样找设计帮我画图,于是打样开始了~
以下几封邮件沟通是一些细节问题,对于全新的产品,真的有太多的细节需要确认;
1:是客人告诉我图纸OK, 对于拉手不用刻意去找,你们做什么样的拉手,我们都很满意~看到这里,心里乐开了花~这是客人对我们何等的信任呀

For the Sharp side cabinet package method. we suggest to make it KD for below reasons:
1:Save shipping space and can better protect the product, the slider can easily go wrong when shipped assembled.
2:More convenient to carry and save labors.
Could you tell me your original package method and tell me do you think of KD?

对于全新的产品MORGAN系列,刚刚开始做也有太多的故事:
1:工厂生产工艺的不确定性,在生产的过程中不断调整工艺,研究方法。这样导致交货期延长。
2工艺的改变导致包装尺寸,体积的改变,这样没法确定订多大尺寸的货柜。
3:刚刚开始产品没有名字,于是想名字,编写型号(现在回想,编写型号水平还不错哦,都是一一对应的,看到型号就明白是什么产品和材质 尺寸)
4:客户是放在网站销售(类似淘宝),于是又免费给客户提供拍摄高清照片的服务,其中故事曲折,此处省略300字。
2013年年底终于出货,还记得是春节的时候到港的~

2014年年初,客人第三个订单(另外一个新产品)
故事同第二个订单差不多,也是客人提供照片做的。其中线盒的故事也是非常曲折(从自己从淘宝上找,后来考虑到电器的不安全让客户自己提供,我们帮忙打孔位,负责安装)
2014.5月已经顺利出货。
2014.6月份芝加哥展会见面~~新的一年~~
展会见面聊得很开了,反馈了第一个 第二个订单的情况;展会也把展品全部送给客人。
展会介绍第二天,客人就发了新的返单订单过来~经过前后约半个月的改动,终于在2014.07.08号将订单敲定,收到定金~~
关于这个订单的定金,有一个有意思的小故事~
前些天一直委婉催客人是否可以确认订单?可否方便的时候打定金呢?。一直都没有回复~~~有一天下午刚好闲下来没事做,我就把合同打印出来盖好章,然后扫描给客人,请确认回传,请打定金~呵呵~不知道是巧合还是客人真看到这个邮件,第二天清早一看邮件,收到定金了~~敬酒不吃吃罚酒啊~(盖章的时候我同事还问我,客人都没确认你盖章啊,如果改了呢?我说改了就重新做合同呗,其实我心里已经明白客人是不会改的啦,合作一段时间就知道客人性格的)
