I have been this factory for two weeks. only me and my boss doing export businiess, but he is always buzy. no one teach me. he always tells me don't be impatient. now, i just can make the pictures beautiful by PS. because our pictures is so ugly in alibaba.com. that's he told me only thing to do. i am so confused.

shirley19870209：i am in factory too,more than one year.At the beginning,no one teach me ,i think it is unnecessary for your colleages to tell you how you should do.So in factory,ne more important thing you shoud do is get a whole learning about your products,you can go to the workshop,contact with technicians by yourself,you can learn a lot things.
