为了做这个订单，我和他已经联系了三四个月了，其中的辛苦不说。一直以来配合他。今天终于忍不住了，既然说我不诚实。
这也是做外贸三年多以来，遇到的最无语的一个客户。
下面是我们客户的邮件：

We need to be careful with our decision because many mistakes in the past with trading agent. You did not be honest with me until Tuesday. In my order I asked for virgin rubber and you did not say anything until I asked for clarification. This makes me worry that there is many other things you do not tell me. I asked you before for better price, but you told me your service is better and now you did not be truthful.

Actually,I don't know where we are not truthful.As a supplier in China for many years,this is the first time we received this complaint.Thanks for your advice,I think we need to take into consideration and learn from it.

But I don't quite agree with your opinion.You said we havn't tell you the details of virgin rubber.But I don't remember you have asked me this question before.And I also think you are very professional in this market,and you must know that no supplier in China can make the dumbbell in 100% Virgin rubber.If we are not hoest,we can tell you that we can do it.But I think we are hoest,we tell you that it can't be made by 100% virgin rubber.You ask me this questions,then I reply it with correct answer.So I think I am honest person.And for the quality of the our products,we have shown it in Beijing sport shows.I think you can also remember the quality of it.And in the quotation sheet,I have mark every details of the products.Maybe some information has been missing,but that not means we are not truthful.There is an old saying in China:"You should learn how to be a human before doing everything ".

Of course,I have the responsibility for this.Maybe in my expression in the mail,I havn't express every details very well in English,.I will accept your advice,and improve it.But I don't agree with your thought.Thanks.
我从来没有觉得我们骗过他什么，上一次回复他邮件晚了，他既然说我，是不是在等着回家过年。
奶奶的，我不做你订单了。我们中国人也是有骨气的。你找其他人去做吧。一直以来，骂骂我也就算了，还说我们公司不诚实。我想了，这种观点我们不能认同，如果这份邮件不回好，还以我心虚呢。我坚持，我很诚实。
这样苛刻的人，做了订单也会存在着很多问题。
