In short.don't look for or anticipate problems b4 someone tells you that they are unhappy. Respectful yes but if you believe in your product and it is good..well maybe you do the potential customer a favour to reveal !

你何必给他解释你不是发广告呢,其实你就是发广告,他也知道你是发广告。那又怎么样,你就是要发广告,希望他买你的东西,不是吗?

没有必要的话。你不是还在继续打扰别人啊,如果你害怕别人讨厌你的打扰,你以下的动作就都是“在打扰别人了”,就应该停止了。

这个老外脾气还很好,他给你解释为什么他没有一直在电脑旁,他那已经下班了现在在家里。他在那边利用私人时间和你联系,你却单方面取消文件传送,是很没有礼貌的做法。

根本没有必要说那么的sorry.这个老外还是很有耐心的,还在教导你一些东西:
如果你希望成为一个好的销售人员,你必须对自己的产品有自信,并打开自己的思维。一句话,不要在客户对你的产品生气之前给自己的产品找麻烦。尊重客户是对的,但要相信自己的产品也是好的,不然你可能就是帮助你的客户发现你产品的缺陷/问题,而失去了一个潜在的顾客。
1楼,看出你是刚入道的吧,帮你分析了下,这样的问题以后不要再犯了。还是要多多学习,多多体会。如果语气不太好,不要介意啊,最近心情也是很郁闷啊。祝你成功!
