这客就是一老赖. 货好了快两个月了,还不出货. 找N多个理由. 说是意大利的. 比阿三都不如. 下附追钱的EMAIL. 还真没见过这种垃圾.
每天MSN, SKYPE, TEL追,总说PAID, COMFIRED, PROMISED. 这幅嘴脸比阿三有过之而无不及. 看来欧洲客也垃圾..

In this case, I can say and do nothing but to keep waiting…
Very concerned why your bank could hold the payment for such a long time and did not update you the situation timely.
If your bank should take responsible for the delay, you would demand them to settle the payment immediately. It is an easy case for them. Why need to wait to next Monday. It can be done by today or tomorrow.
Is it possible to push them to speed up and finish the remittance within this week?

I also put my customer in copy of this mail because i would like on his behave to ask your company for official excuses.
Indeed we would like to tell you the reason of such issue as below:
Sorry for delay today in repling you, but we got the information only now from the bank that they are reviewing our contract for foreign business, we are also very angry to them because they have told us untill yesterday that they have processed the payment to the supplier we have already commissioned last week, but they didn't do anything yet. We are really sorry for that and angry to our bank! Nevertheless we have to wait untill next monday when the bank will finish to update our file, and before that time we can't do anything. We absolutely ask sorry and have to wait for next week.

These were the words of my customer and this is the reason of such a misunderstanding. We really hope that you can forgive us and understand our position.

Checked our account once again, nothing received. In fact it only takes 2 days for the money to reach at our account. If your buyer had paid the money as you said, we would have received them already. Obviously your buyer cheated us once more. Deeply disappointed for this behavior. Seems you have to explain the accurate meaning of PROMISE, CONFIRM to them.
I understand your situation and know something about your company from this case. We have waited for the bank slip for one more month. Now you ask me to wait for it longer. HOW LONG shall we wait for? One week? One month? One year? Please advise clearly and accurately! Just tell me the truth, pls. my friend.
By the way, I do not think it is the normal for EU people doing business like this case. No customer even the buyers from Indian cheated us so frequently. I wonder what happed to your buyer on earth. Please tell us frankly to see if we can join hands to solve it.

you can see..it's 1.33 in the morning and I am still waiting for the fax...he has promised to give to me within tonight..I can also tell you that the payment I CONFIRM has been done, so pls accept all of our excuses, pls wait untill you get the bank slip, we don't ask you to ship before forsure. You will get the payment and the bank slip.

it is understandtable that this situation make you angry, but believe me, you are not the only one. Michele was pushing everything during we stay in Italy.
All the information returned below are information passed by the buyer. He brought too many things in the same time and he needs time to balance all the payments.

We checked our account this morning and unfortunately your balance has not been received yet. In this case, my situation is getting worse.
I need to present the payment budget and shipment plan for this month to my boss within today. I have no choice but to make a detailed report on your case to show the whole story.

We passed all info to the buyer, I will also let him pay asap, although he isn't now in house as in Italy is going on a very important exhibition, so he will come back next Monday or so and will approve payment.
What happed on earth?
We are disappointed at your company and your buyer. In fact it is not a big deal for such a small amount after all, truly cannot understand why you delay the payment and cheat us over and over again.
To be frank, my friend, I did my utmost to satisfy you in the hope to establish long term business relationship with you. But you let me down. It proved your buyer is a difficult customer and will therefore effects your credit grade in our appraisal system. I am afraid it will be difficult for me to get benefit to you, such as favorable payment terms, priority production and shipment in future or even hard to develop business further with us.
