客户前后下了35个LED灯,前面十五个我没弄错, 剩下的二十个由于我的疏忽用错透镜了。
眼看下个礼拜一就要出货了 如果是要重新做也来不及了,至少得耽误一个多星期, 客户又急着要样品
而且这事如果告诉老板我肯定也没好果子吃:(
同事劝我跟客户解释 将错就错 反正都只是样品 好在有十五个是对的
但是我怕客户责怪我办事不力
救救我吧, 大家帮我支支招, 该怎么做才最好?

小桥-流水-人家:你可以这样说啊,你说这次提供15个客户要求的样品,然后提供20个其他材料的样品给客户对比。
列出来这两种材料有什么区别,如果说这两种材料价格不一样,可以把价格对比给客户参考。

关键是这个做错的样品客户上次有买过的, 要出货的这批全是按客户要求,用新透镜做的。我在考虑写封信给他,请求他的原谅:( 但是实在不好怎么解释, 换了客户是我,肯定很无语。我太粗心了

I have a bad news for you. I am VERY SORRY to inform that i made a huge mistake on your order SO-xxxxxx(20pcs CSC41 bulbs).
We were supposed to make these 20 pcs with xx lens, but I set the wrong remark on our production order by accident, thus the 20 pcs CSC41 are made with old lens.
As I 've talked to our PMC, it will take us more than a week to make new ones due to the shortage of raw materials, which will definately put off the shipping date.
Would you like to take these 20 pcs we've already made? Kindly please give me your advice.
