thanks for your email. dont worry if your company does not want to do anytghing about that. they believe in short term profits at the expense of the customer. the customer has rejected everything and i think it is a complete lost to me.it is my mistake to do business with a company i dont know. your company know the product is inferior but they sent it to africa country becuase you can not send it to europe.you can buy quality ** from china and compare it to yours and see if yours is a good product. i will advise you to look for another company to work with since this company has no future not in africa. no body in africa will your product.
