前阵子在阿里爸爸上成交一订单,虽然数量不是很多,仅有1000个包,但毕竟是初次合作的客人,也希望今后有更多机会合作,此批货物于10月初出货到法国,客人现在收到货物,据客人所描述这些款式的产品在他们当地销量不错,很有发展的意向,这几天我们刚从广交会回来,再次推荐了些新款产品给他们参考看有没感兴趣之类的或进一步合作意向,昨日却收到客人的这样一封邮件(见如下):
Hi XXX,
They are really great.
About me right now I have to stop XXX (Company name) for personal reasons… I cannot work anymore full time and more – so I can suggest your products to my customers to work with you if they have any needs

觉得非常地可惜,之前更改设计图稿的时候,很多设计图稿都是他自己画的,而且画得很仔细,又很清晰,有些不清楚地方经过再次核对,价格也确认了好几次,也是为了先稳住客人,考虑长期合作关系,而且客人也表示这些款式在他们当地销量不错,将会继续采购同类产品,一直觉得是一个可以长期合作的客人,可是当我看到这封邮件时就愣了一下,觉得有点神奇,不知道客人是怎么一回事,"PERSONAL REASON"指的是哪方面呢,货物也没出问题呀,付款也很及时,还没出货前就把余款汇过来了,难道目前个人资金不够,或者处理个人终生大事,如果这样,也不至于忙到没时间来进口或搞事业等呀,心中一直有个解不开的迷?
今天早上一过来赶紧给他回一封邮件(如下)过去,不知道客人会有啥回复,估计也是说一些表示感谢或其他客套话吧!~
