遇见国内骗子公司了怎么办国内外贸公司

国内外贸公司, 前段时间从他那买了批货, 价值大概六万美金.. 发货的时候既然少发了近一万美金的货. 提单上也显示不足重.
可是不要脸的公司, 就东推西推,说是自己也是外贸公司,什么厂家出货没少.. 东推西推. 不给退钱也不给补发.
很明显的提单上面的重量也不足.那就是国内就丢了货.. 或是刻意少发的...
遇见怎样的一家济南外贸公司, 咋办呢.?? 还好只是个试订单. 否则卷款潜逃了....

下面晒一封骗子公司解决的邮件.
Thank you for your reply,our director talked with my manager this afternoon,finally he get three solve ways:

1.Since we don't have redundant USD in our account,and it's unconvenient for us to buy from bank,so please wait untill we have the redundant USD,then we pay you by Western Union.
2.At next order in the future,we ship the less material together for you.
3.At next order,we cut theUSD. 8485.86,you can pay the total amount- USD. 8485.86=*****USD only.

Please kindly understand,and so far we are checking the case with our supplier,they don't want to repay us,but my manager said we can supply these 3 ways to solve this case.

被逼只能选择最后一种，就下8485.86 的订单。让他给我们发货。他那边同意的非常好，说只要客户发邮件确认就发货。
万万没有想到的是。

As I told you,the less quantity is our mistake,and the supplier's mistake.They made the mistake first,and we pay full payment to them,they didn't return any payment for us so far.So my manager suggest that tree ways to solve the trouble for our first cooperation.
Secondly,I talked with my manager today.Finally decision is you must pay USD for us,even 2000USD is ok,because we must get USD first,they export,that is the export procedure.If we can't get USD first,we couldn't export to your country,you know that.So my manager said You can pay a little USD first,for example,you pay 2000USD ,we export the less quantity for you,and some other sizes equal 2000USD materials.That is in standard export procedure.And we submit 2000USD amount to our custom only.Please kindly understand.

好吧，打钱就打把。客户同意打1000USD，发邮件让他回发报价单确认（沙特那边是大公司，什么事情都走程序）.......
从此销声匿迹.......
公司名暂时不发，等到确实不能解决就把这家所谓 honest 的公司公布。同时公布到沙特商会网站。
