When we are young, our wishes and desires run as fast as our calories throughout our bodies.
Some time we fill that maybe we are doing something wrong just because our expectation are not running and giving us back as fast we were calculating.
However, must of times it is not true. Just because maybe, we are doing something not as it should, does not signifies that we are doing wrong.
The fact that you are putting all your efforts at work in your own work, whatever is your experience on that, is already a success.
The fact that you are experiencing a slowdown as you were expecting, is because you are in a much hurry in respect of the market movement, and that is already a success.
Why? ¡ Well because you are feeling it ¡ your sixth sense is telling you, or to maintain yourself calm and patient or to find other strategies to keep update your expected tracks.
The fact that you are feeling it ¡ is telling you that you are doing ok.
Now, even if are doing something not as is should be, but we are correcting it, and still it does not answer back ¡ do not analyze yourself ¡ start analyzing all external factors that can affect to your performance.
Sometimes there are so many little things, that we do not notice them because they were so insignificant, and we do not care about it.
But upssss, must of times they are more important that all other big noticeable issues.
Let¡¯s talk a few samples about marketing:
1- One of the worst times to do Email or Web marketing in Europe and other Continents is between the months of June and early October. That is because of school holidays. Why is that?.
Well must of the purchasing decision takers managing fellows are parents taking chances to go on vacations. So expect to have a lot of automatic Email bounce back that will never be seen and trashed as soon they arrive.
It sound silly, but todays people goes in such hurry that wont accept, that commercial life need to be still adapted to our personal life¡¯s. Todays generations will find hard to accept that.
Use this time to concentrate on more homework in other subjects like a person to person relation with your home suppliers, or associates, or prepare new marketing strategies, offers, new products to offer and many other useful homework.
2-Talking about today¡¯s generation and I experienced myself (and suffered a lot). Until past generations, the difficult part in the trading life was to find and catch a customer. On this new generation, with all this huge eCommerce technology, to reach and gain acceptance of a customer is not so difficult. The part that turned very difficult is to have your supplier to answer back you and with your own requirement.
Many suppliers work¡¯s in an automatic setting mud, the person to person is almost lost, their eyes are fixed on their G4 portable inbox and huge salaries and not even knowing that must of their customer requisition have been fallen into the spam filter, because they were so busy doing their own web meetings with subalterns and demanding their own best and not noticing that they were the professional catastrophe themselves.I lost a five million $ invoice in a one-time sale just because this huge, transnational, and humongous supplier (corporate sales vice-president) in the next four months did not answer my email requests and not even answered the phone and cellphone calls to him, and getting only answering machines. Finally, after that time, I got an immediate answer from another vice-president and everybody started running for my requisition. However, guess what?, it was too late, another trader got the purchasing order prize.
Let me clarify that even this is not the thumb rule of the supplier¡¯s behavior, it is happening moreover at this generation.
I have to recognize too on behalf of my loyal and professional suppliers that must of times I have been answered even in less than an hour of clicking the sent button of my email customer requisition.
3-Another interesting fact happening with this new technological generation, is that some Asian markets (and I¡¯m not going to pinpoint anyone in particular) during their technological and commercial growing and taking profit of their unexpected success and their so inexpensive products and demand, have mislead and deceive the honest trading behave, performance and culture around the international marketplace leading to an unpleasant insecurity even to a person to person trade.
I notice that this kind of market is trying their best efforts to regain that confidence, but unfortunately there many traders around the world who still are a little bit scare about doing business in that geographical area.
So, let be patient and offer our best intention of trading loyalty and honesty, soon the balance will even-up and there will be back the expected confidence.
As you notice, this are some personal samples that I notice myself on this last times, and do not mean that who¡¯s doing bad is ourselves.
I¡¯m sure that out there are so many people with their own positive and negative experiences to fill a huge cruise boat with those experiences, but that does not mean that we are going to dismay when it happen to us.
The important task to do, is how we are trying to go around and excel all this challenges that continuously we find throughout our commercial lives.
Keep polishing your international languages acknowledgement, very important issue about commercial communication.Do not dismay or let you take down, take it as a day by day experiments which you need to try and keep polishing continuously.We know that the international market is an turmoil, but we are not going to blame ourselves because of that. You are doing your best efforts to help it.
So, keep positive that soon or late your possibilities will come forward even better you were expecting.

About your potential customers ¡ do not worry even.
If the did not answer you for a while is because they do not have any request on your products.
That¡¯s why we keep in a constant marketing work around ¡ to open new customers and increase our sale possibilities.
Do not relay on a few customers ¡ that¡¯s not a good strategy ¡ maybe you can hit a good luck moment and generate a very good sale.
But that does not warranty that the all other possibilities are the same as the one before.
Some sales are just pennies ¡ other are millions. Some requisitions are just for price consult ¡ others conclude in real sales.
You need to answer all and any request that arrive to your hands and do not get sad or frustrated because a sale has not concluded. A store . is a store ¡ what ever is a physical location or just an internet false, crooked and deceived fools page (every day a see a lot of them).
The conclusion is that you need to keep open those store doors and let anyone to come in, regarding if they are going to buy you or not.
Every day you will encounter around the street some trash-head complaining because this or that customer did not buy to him and purchased from the store besides him.
Well, you can be sure that what he missed was the first rule in the commerce profession and is; - Ever treat your customer with a welcome friendship, and make him feel that you are a reliable and with proven Integrity-Capacity-Loyalty-Sincerity principles - .
Instead of complaining, he should gave him a better welcome and offering tohim your best deals of the day.
Price influences pretty much in the purchasing decision, but less when you are giving a good personal customer service.
Must if times, they even will buy from you because you treat them as human been and not as an accounting number to fulfill and justify a budget. Keep polishing yourself, and little by little, you will reach success.
Anyone can be a Manager ¡ but for to be a LEADER you need go beyond ¡ and that start with a good amount of Self-Confidence and a little bit of each of the rest.
