The prices similar like the prices we have from our regular supplier. If we should consider to changeing our supplier and start cooperating with you, so your prices must be more cheaper at least for 10% reduced. And as well from our regular supplier we have payment condition which are D/A 75days so if we should change to and start some trial order with you we must make sure that you can support us with the simmilar payment condition too.

You had given to me wrong replies since maybe you didnt understand the question so herewith again explain so you can correct your replies and send me the supplier form dully filled:

registration copy: you must send us copy of the company registration
superior = boxx name and mobile = here you must fill up name of your boss and his mobile phone. where your reply is incomplete!
name of the owner = you must fill up here name of the owner and his mobile phone number!
factory / trader = you must reply whether your company is factory or it is trading company????
yearly turnover = we questionze on you what turnover you make per year! not how many years is your company existing!! so give the correct reply!
if your main market is Europe so to which countries in Europe you supply?????
catalgoue / price list availalbe = this questions is asking whether you have any catalogue or price list to provide to us. so your reply seems you didnt understand the question
on the question whether you products meet EU standards you had written YES, so to which norms are your products following to???

please check the supplier form and correct the requested points.

激动是正常的,因为到目前为止我还没接到过自己的单子(曾经谈成过一个,人家把合同传过来了,我们公司死活不给人家盖章传回去,后来这单子就没做成,这个就不算了呵)

重要的两点:
1 - 你要确认给她,你的价格是否能按她的要求再降到10%
2 - 确认你公司能否接受D/P75天
最后你给他的表格里面所填的信息非常不完整,
所以导致她发飙!
这很好回答的啊,是我,我就去问下老板能否接受她前面两个条件,
不过在此之前你要问她的采购量有多大,要是老板说无论量多大都不可能。
那你还填什么表格,直接对她说:
I am sorry, I can not meet your target price and payment term.
就OK了,就不要和她浪费时间了!

第二封是 谈付款条件的,ms三个都不怎么好,在和同事商量中

regarding the payment condition - you had mentioned that you can accept on T/T, D/P or L/C. all these payment instruments are by us workable. as following:
: T/T we can agree on some small deposit and balance against T/T upon arrival to German port
or
: D/P 60days - this payment instrument we can accept only witht he deffert payment minimum as60days.
: L/C 90days - we can as well work ont he base of the L/C 90days but for us L/C is the most expensive payment instrument since we use for the L/C credit line and at present is fully occupite so we can use the L/C 90days after some other order.

Vivi1018wu:还有我觉得LZ太操之过急了,有些事情能错了就错了,没有必要一而再再二三的请求原谅,这样会让人觉得你好像在讨好什么一样,记住在邮件中,每一句话都其中要,所以一定有认真的阅读,做事情切记要自信,还有,邮件要简单明了,可以就是可以,不可以就是不可以,要说清楚,不能拖泥带水,当然在拒绝的基础上要使用缓和的语气,不能太僵硬了,我觉得LZ在回邮件的时候,没有考虑看者的心情,所以我觉得还得加强加强这方面的锻炼。

I had checked in our CHina office and they still dont received the samples. check withthe courier company when should be these dispatched to them-
Will send you the order sheet today or tommorow for trial order and need your confirmation for the same that you will keep to us the requested shpment date as 15th Aprill 2009.
Upon the samples received in our china office will let you know whether your quality is accepted and whether we finnaly confirm the order to you - would then need your PI for the same.
