再次，一些客人的信息保密起见，以国家名称代替。
我写了一晚上，累死我了，请求加精。
想把最近的一次生意写下来，或许在某一天自己没有信心的时候能拾起来看一看，能给自己一些勉励。或许这次接客人真的有意义。
从青岛呆了五六年了，终于从城市转入了农村，朋友笑我，人家都是从农村奔向城市，你从城市混了一圈奔向农村，悲哀啊。我笑，是啊，我从城市混不下去了，所以我只有跟着毛主席学习，走“从农村包围城市”的路线了。
进入公司半年多了，从2010年4月17日到今天的2011年3月5日，大致十个月了，突然感觉浑浑噩噩，原来快一年了，看看公司，我也成了二代元老了，有点抱怨，有点不满足，又有点说不出来的感喟，有些事事过境迁，有些事历历在目，留给自己的只是蹉跎回忆。
不说了，写点正事。
从2010年4月进公司的一穷二白，到现在，共计大约七十五万销售额，虽然不多，甚至很少，可是在机械外卖行业中，我不得不说，我给自己打八十分了，因为从零到现在，如此多的厂家，谈一个客户需要如此长的时间，我尽力了，我需要一步一个脚印。
新的一年开始了，我突然有点慌，因为我还没有成交的单，三月就悄悄的到来了，自己感觉刚刚上班，原来已经三月了，五百万的目标，二十万的薪水，今年应该可以实现。其实从校内网上看到已经有同起点的朋友赚到一百万了，我有点心慌。
唯一让我欣慰的是，我的乌克兰和俄罗斯的代理，给我带来的好消息。
Ukraine agent 是我2010年开发出来的代理商，当时我写了很多开发信，和其他人一样，漫天撒网，突然有一天，Ukraine加上了我的Skype，简单的介绍了自己，开始跟我一些生意上的事情，从刚开始的一本正经的谈生意，到后来感情不断的升温，我们慢慢建立了默契，彼此获得了对方的信任，直到10月中旬，Ukraine终于给了我第一个单，4台机器，大致在17万左右，虽然不是太多，但是我在他们市场终于迈出了第一步，我非常欣慰。
自从我跟Ukraine成了好朋友，他每天一上线问题就不断，要么就是让我帮忙找这个产品，要么就是找其它产品，后来我跟Ukraine说，我干脆做你的供应商好了，需要任何东西，我帮你在中国找优质的厂家，给你拿到最低的价格，产品就由我们来出口好了，这样我们也可以拿到退税，Ukraine同意了，并保证给我5%的佣金，真是个好人。

我为Ukraine做了大量的工作，不管是我们的机器，还是UV喷绘机，甚至伺服电机，拖链，减速机，很多产品，我都帮他向N多厂家要过价格，大多数只要我有时间我就帮他找，打电话，发邮件，帮他拿到最低的价格，偶尔的时候我也烦，所以我就不上Skype,这样就不用无时无刻的跟他聊，呵呵，当然，这只能是偶尔。Ukraine很感激我，他总是感谢我，“you really did hard work for me. thanks very much” ”cheney, you really are a good man” 我们间唯一的一点不开心是他买的4台机器中包含了1台旋转轴的机器，通常，普通的机器用维宏6B的卡，非换刀，而旋转轴的控制卡必须是换刀的控制卡，我们通常是在维宏6B基础上切换信号来控制旋转轴，这样，操作更简单。曾经Ukraine问我，你们的6B卡是4轴吗，engineer说是的，原来他说的是的意思就是通过这种切换的方式。后来机器做好了以后，Ukraine知道了我们用的维宏6B的卡，而非换刀的卡，要求换维宏6A换刀控制卡，6A卡比6B卡贵大约三千，我给他解释我们的工作原理，他坚持不同意，后来我有点生气了，我开始不理他，现在想想挺可笑的，他给我解释“ am I made any mistake? you said it was a 4 axis card, but now you say it’s 3 axis, how can I do” 想一想，的确是自己的错，后来我们跟他配了4轴的6A卡，终于了结此事。
2010年12月份，Ukraine说“cheney, I plan go to visit your factory at the Feb” 我一听，好事啊，”great to hear that, welcome to visit us.” 后来Ukraine说他已经订好了机票，时间是27th,Feb,2011. 很高兴，来之前，Ukraine问我”what can I bring for your from country? Do you like Tea or some sweets? for gift” 我一听，很感激，“really really thanks, I am gratefully very much” “thanks to you too” 后来，我给他准备了一套紫砂壶和茶具，辛苦从青岛带到扬州来，算是我的心意，人家对你好，你要对人家更好。
Ukraine终于来了，他一会告诉我是8:35am, 一会告诉我是9:30am, 所以我从早晨4点就起床，一路风尘仆仆从扬州赶到上海浦东机场，8点整，去机场咨询处查了查，早晨从莫斯科飞往上海的飞机只有一班，9：45am, 只有继续等待，后来飞机延迟，延迟到10：08am,但是一直到10：30am才听到莫斯科飞来的航班降落的消息，等啊等，一直等他们走光了，还是没有接到，没有睡醒，晕晕乎乎，但是还是必须等，一直到11点30am，我终于看到三个人比较像的人走了出来，我高举接机纸，其中一个跟我打招呼，我的心终于着落了，”Hello, Cheney” ”You final come. I am a bit of excited, haha” Ukraine是个标准的帅哥，老板帅哥，还带着同伴和engineer, 经常哈哈大笑，一路随便聊一聊，终于在几乎傍晚快要黑的时候到了公司，真累。
随便看看公司，吃饭，去附近的农家宴，不得不说，农家宴真贵。没想到晚上下雨，吃着饭停了两次电。我们点着蜡烛，吃烛光晚宴呢。不过客人没有在意。随后跟他们一起去酒店，当地一家4星际酒店，虽然是特价房，不过房间真的又大又漂亮，太漂亮了，以至于Ukraine一进房间就拿着相机拍照，以至于我也舍不得走了，也住了一晚。一起去买了些零食和饮料，睡觉。
第二天酒店结账，发生了一件让全前台都捧腹大笑的事情，我们四个人一人一个房间，房间里都有一些需要花钱的消费品摆在那里，我们都知道，住酒店一般是不用这些消费品的。可他们其中的一个，Iran,工程师，最小的，第一次来中国，早晨收拾房间的时候把酒店里的消费品全带走了。能吃了晚上给吃了，剩下的带走了。男女袜子，男女内裤，剃须刀，避孕套。我只能笑，不能说，只能买单了。然后回公司的路上，我编辑成短信的形式给他们老板看，我确信他看了不会生气，因为他们都很爱玩爱笑，我说我只给你看，别给其它人看，然后他们都看了，他们都捧腹大笑，包括Iran自己也是在笑，很搞笑。过了一会，Ukraine说“cheney, we want to pay you some money as the advance payment, for next deal” 我一听，有点感动，上次他买的我们的4台机器还没有到他们公司，他们还没有见到，他就又给我们预付款了，感激。我问他多少预付款，她说：10000USD. 我说：”too many” 到了公司，开始正式的谈生意，由于Ukraine说他们有两个人不懂英语，所以我们请了一个俄语翻译，这样我也成了听众了。谈了一些日后的合作问题，所以的问题该说的都说了。最后该是这个款项的问题了，本来我跟老板说我们只收2000USD就可以，因为如果收10000USD就意味着我们10000*6.58*0.17的退税没了，一万多元呢，这一万还不如给我当工资呢，呵呵。后来老板说，就10000USD吧，怕他去了展会再看到其它家的机器好飞单了。然后我告诉了Ukraine, Ukraine的伙伴直接掏出一沓美元出来，放在了桌上，我说一会我们上楼我给你开个收据，我没想到的是，Ukraine说不需要任何收据，我当时感激的说不出话，我从他的眼神里看到了信任，绝对的信任，我已经不能表达清楚自己的意思了，只能一遍又一遍的重复 “we will try our best, by heart”
下午，我们该去上海展会了，在他的提议下，我们做高铁去上海，可能是他们国家没有动车，高铁，他们好奇，大约六点钟，我们到了酒店，跟一些朋友住在同一个酒店，简单的吃点饭，休息了，大家都太累了。
第二天去展会，相安无事，下午他说想去很多店卖音乐器材的地方，打了三次车，终于找着了，他买了个葫芦丝，看样子对音乐有点精通。
晚上，回到自己的房间，突然接到俄罗斯客人的消息，
Russia: Cheney hello!
Cheney: hello
Cheney: are you in China ?
Russia: Yes! We want to visit your factory the 3rd of march
Russia: We have 10 branches in another russian cities and we want to sell your machines
我一听，沉默了，得好好想想，Russia客人层在2月25的时候给我说过，让我们3月1号在上海机场接他，由于我们许诺把Russia market给Ukraine的代理，所以我在2月25的时候把消息告诉了Ukraine
Cheney: how to say. maybe it's a not good news for you
Cheney: one russia customer want to visit our factory at 1th, Mar
Cheney: so i need to listen your opinion
Ukraine: not good
Cheney: yes, not good for you, so i am hesitate
Cheney: will you have a office in Russia
Ukraine: course we are pushing your product to Russia too
Cheney: our boss let me listen to your opinion, his mean is: if you don’t agree, we will not sold machines to them, but we need pick up them, as we are politeness
Ukraine: when?
Cheney: they said it's 1th.Mar
Cheney: but 1th mar, i think
Cheney: maybe we are in Nanjing
Cheney: so i let them change time, 2th, Mar
Cheney: if they agree, maybe we will pick them up
Cheney: if they dont agree, we will not pick.
Ukraine: in this way we can't to make together plasma and 5D machines. We can not give you our draft for produsing
Ukraine: but it's ok, you have to make money, fill free
Ukraine: we cant to drive you
Cheney: you are angry now, i just talk this thing to you
Cheney: talk how to solve it
Ukraine: it;s ok
Cheney: you know, no matter which company, all want to enlarge, want to develop. so all of them need good partner, for enlarging market

所以，经过我跟Ukraine的对话，我只能拒绝Russia.

然后就是沉默，我知道，他已经生气了。
3月1号晚上，当他又发来消息让我们去接他们president的时候，我也沉默了。
Cheney: i understand, and we are really appreciated it
Cheney: but please understand, if you sell our machines
Cheney: our agent will not pleased
Cheney: as a manufacture, we must insure our agent profit
Cheney: so how to say, if last time you sell our machines, as we talked before, we can give you sole agent right

Russia: Russia is a big country and we are ready to sell your machines in another cities we have 10 branches and we are big company!

我真的很动心，他们这么大一个公司。
Cheney: but how to say, as a person, as a factory
Cheney: we had promised to our agent
Cheney: you don’t know, this time they came to our factory

我的大脑在想如何让他们都可以作为代理而不产生矛盾，实现三方利润最大化。

然后我给Ukraine打电话，让他上Skype,我说有事情告诉他，他说电脑在他伙伴那，那我就让他下来，到我的房间里来，一会他来了。
我把事情告诉他，问他有没有可能让俄罗斯成为你的二级代理，他说: impossible,然后他不知道怎么做的冲我不好意思的笑。然后我就跟他谈为什么不能成为二级代理，毕竟这么大一个蛋糕，我不想扔了，后来，我看他们是真的不能互容了，我就告诉他，没关系，我120%的维护你的利益，我只是听取你的建议，只要你一句话，我马上否决了俄罗斯，他也不好意思了。
我让他用我的电脑以我的名义跟俄罗斯交谈，我说: don’t worry, your mean is my mean,然后我就装作什么事情没发生的样子看电视去了。
然后他用我的电脑跟俄罗斯说话。
Cheney: How many pcs machines you can sell for your market per month?
Cheney: That company from Ukraine can 5 to 10 pcs per month.
Russia: Ukraine is not Russia it is another country.
Russia: Wait me a second I'll ask my boss
Cheney: yes, but they have office in Moscow and Belgorod, can keep service for.
Russia: We Have 10 branches in 10 cities without Moscow. With Moscow are 11 !
We can guarantee (insure) 10 pcs in future more.

Cheney: i need to confirm with our Ukraine partner
Russia: any news! You have Ukraine partner and you will have Russian partner it will be very good for your busyness!
然后Ukraine开始跟我谈，很奇怪，他改主意了，呵呵，”don’t worry, cheney, you can let them to be another agent in Russia, it’s doesn’t matter,” 我一听，第一反应是他会不会难过，我还是怕他说的不是心里话，只是为了不让我们难过而自己难过，所以我一本正经的严肃的跟他说：“ Ukraine, you are the best oversea friend of mine, I don’t want to see you are not happy after back to country, If you don’t want to have this partner, I refuse him at once, just one sentence”我一直重复“just one sentence” 强调“we must to insure your profit, you are the first, they are the second” Ukraine也是好人，他为我们着想，我现在想想还是感激他. “no no, cheney ,It doesn’t matter, they can sell your machines in his country, you know, Russia is a large country, like China, we just sell machines in a little part area, it doesn’t matter” 然后他又解释“you just please not tell our machines configuration to them, don’t cut off our arm, then it’s ok” 我还是给他强调我怕心里难受，怕他嘴上说出来心里难受的要死，所以我一直强调只要他一句话，我立刻回绝了俄罗斯，这次是他努力的说服我了“don’t worry, I am ok, by this way, your company can earn much money, we will cooperation better” 然后告诉我一些建议销售价格还一些其它。最后我同意了，不过我说：如果你以后后悔了，告诉我，我马上撤了他！
然后他回房，看着他离开的背影，我的心里有点疼，心疼他，我在想他是不是此刻心里在疼。
然后回去告诉俄罗斯这个消息，我看到他的一句话：
Russia: We don't fight with your agent and we don't sell your machines in Moscow and Belgorod!
我一看这句话，我高兴了，我恨不得马上把这句话告诉Ukraine,让他难过的心情舒缓一下。
我马上回复：
Cheney: ok
Cheney: thanks
Cheney: we will pick u up
Cheney: so where to pick you up
Cheney: and time
Cheney: sorry, just now i was talking with our boss and our Ukraine partner, after we talked, our Ukraine partner said ok.
Cheney: so now ,he agreed, i will treat you equally

Cheney: tomorrow will you at exhibition?
Cheney: i also in shanghai now
Cheney: near of exhibition
Cheney: and we have one machine for showing

一高兴，说多了，呵呵。
然后我们确定好时间，他让我给他老板打个电话，他老板在上海，可还是用着俄罗斯的手机号，幸好我的手机开通了国际业务，然后打过去，确定好时间，然后就ok了。
Russia: Thanks a lot let's do our busyness!
Cheney: smilesorry for my previous action, because we really want let our every agent trust
Cheney: please understand me, understand us, i think you will be satisfied for our serves in future
Russia: I hope that it will good cooperation!
要到3月3号接俄罗斯客人，3月2号跟Ukraine他们在一起，早晨一起吃早餐，我问他睡的怎么样，他说 “not good” 我问why, 他说“think thing at night” 我想是不是关于昨晚的事情，我问他是不也是因为这个的事情，他说“no no. other things” 我也不好说什么了。要不就是接下来的行程的事情吧。
随后去所谓的tower, 东方之珠，他提议去看看，说实话，我也想去，呵呵，然后打车过去，他们一看票一人150，说太贵了，咱不去了吧，想想昨晚发生的事情，算我补偿一下他们，我说别担心，老板给报销，你怕什么。我拉着他们进去了，赵总您要看着我的文章的话，可别骂我。
然后去黄埔江看，Iran是他们中最小的，engineer, 有点小调皮，找人画了个素描，一点都不像，大家都哈哈笑他。然后一直玩到三点，回酒店，送他们上车去机场，因为我跟袁董说了帮他们在展会上招待招待客人的，因为他们参展了，我们属于同一个公司，只是不同的机器罢了，所以我一直记着赶紧把客人送走了，我去展会，明天就得去接俄罗斯客人了，没时间帮他们了。
送他们上车，一个一个拥抱吧，Ivan深情的说，thanks very much, cheney, 我能感受到他的感情。另一个最老的，俄语加英语一起说我也听不懂的。也告别了。最后是Ukraine了，简直不知道说什么了，总之他就是感谢的话，但是我此刻，我想我真的是真感情。
他们去广州了，接下来去台湾和香港。
到了广州，Ukraine说Cheney, thanks a lot for help and good time in your city and Shanghai. Never forget this time! We thank you! Wish you to grow up in business, 我说“a bit of miss you”他说“thank you, we miss you too. now we are like kids without you” 我理解错了，我说“same to me” 他说“it means need come to you again, or you come to us”我：“。” 其实我想说，我去了也没钱招待你们了。
3月3号一大早，退了酒店房间，去俄罗斯客人住的酒店去等他，五星级酒店，看样是个有钱的主。
在大厅里等他，有点困想睡觉，迷糊一小会，好多老外在那，也有等人的，还有拿着牌子站那接人的，当这里是飞机场呢，呵呵。一会来了个光头，问附近一个人，好像是” are you Mr cheney”对方说“no” 我一听，赶紧过去.”excuse me, are you president *** from Russia? 他说:yes. 我一听找对人了。“I am cheney, nice to meet you” 因为我从展会回来，所以带了个大行李。”sorry, I also come back from shanghai exhibition, so I take a big luggage” 他说“it doesn’t matter”过了一会，又来了个俄罗斯人，好像不懂英语，简单的寒暄后，带他们去做高铁。
老板给了几千大洋的招待费，我偷偷看看口袋，仅剩600了。汗。
然后带他们去工厂，看起来他们不像Ukraine那么爱玩，Ukraine是一边玩一边做生气，他们真的是做生意，在车上，我一直在给他们介绍机器，看样本，笔记本，能看的都给他们看了，然后到了工厂，看了看机器，去吃饭。
老板坐了一会先回去准备样机去了，就我们三个，一个很大的饭桌，开始的时候气氛有点僵，因为他们不怎么说话，不像Ukraine他们那样随意。我只能问问这个问问那个，尽量给他们介绍酒和茶，我知道俄罗斯人很能喝酒，但我怕先把自己灌醉了，所以我不敢使劲的敬酒，我真见识到了他们一口下去半杯。慢慢的，气氛开始融洽，我教他们怎么说简单的中文，他们问我们喝的酒名字叫什么，我说“洋河”他们跟我学。我说全名叫“洋河蓝色经典”他们俩刷就笑了，哈哈大笑个不停，因为他们学不上来了。哈哈。过了一会，不会讲英文的那个两眼对着酒瓶，真是直直的盯在上面，还拿相机拍照，我看了笑死我了，我跟他们另一个人说，你一定要把另一瓶酒带走，你看，他已经两眼盯在上面了，他看了，也哈哈大笑。

diacamcheney：后来，相处的很愉快，我们送了他一些茶叶和酒。令我欣慰的是，他们感兴趣的机器正好不是Ukraine兴趣的机器，他们正好互补，我真的高兴。
一直谈到下午几乎天黑了，必须送他去镇江火车站坐高铁回上海，他们也很高兴，旅程很愉快。
后来Ukraine问我接待的怎么样，我说还可以，然后我告诉他俄罗斯的客人感兴趣的机器，Ukraine一听，说:”you see, how nice, for three of us”
Yes, how nice. For all of us! Ukraine本来很排斥他，现在他对我说，如果有需要的话，可以让Russia去他们公司培训，感动！
Russia很渴望的请求我们分一点市场给他们，或许他感受到了我们公司坚定立场把代理商的利益放在第一位的原则，感受到了我们的信誉，所以即使我们第一次拒绝了，他们生气了，还是依然请求到我们公司参观，如果我见钱眼开，丢了Ukraine这个芝麻，而屁颠屁颠的先去接Russia，那么或许不久，我会丢了芝麻，又丢了西瓜！
第三天，我收到Russia的邮件。

Dear Cheney, good afternoon,

My name is ***** and I represent the Moscow company************
Our president Mr. ****** visited your company this week and liked the factory very much.
So we’re going to sign the contract with your company.
Please send me your price-list and dealer terms.
Also kindly ask you to send us banking details for the contract.
Thank you in advance!
