Its long time in our company, almost have 7 months, I finally got my first real order.
From 2009 to 2010, I never give up my job, never give up my customers.
Of course, my boss never force me what you must do, how big order you should get. I am lucky, I have a good boss.
We are metal button manufacturer, and the competitors are more and more, so we need to think what is our unique selling point.
Actually, most of the factory of China faces the same problem, and it is the big problem, delivery time, so how we can deal with this situation, it is the key to keep your old customers.
I always thinking what is the root of this problem?
I think the main responsibility should be the manager department. We can’t control everything, but you can do your best to meet with customer’s inquiry, you can also do your best to meet with your workers. You need to know, a company wants to develop, and people are the most important in the company.
I think wise boss should be having the long-term exposure, not just enjoy present profit.
