the product will not allow to come in our country, so due to that our
management now say that your company should apply an official
invitation letter from your city local Govt foreign affairs Bearue
department.

you don"t need to went to Nigeria Embassy ok?i told you in my first Email to you that you only need to apply an official visa invitation letter from your local Govt office and send the letter to us in Nigeria so that our executives can went to Chinese Embassy in Nigeria and apply for china visa with the letter you send to us, after the chinese Embassy issue the visa for our executives then the executives will visit to your company for the face to face business and check us the product and make the order in your company ok?

The hotel rooms will cost about 800RMB, this is just the normal level hotel.

Our products are quite simple, so usually customers just come and have a look at the production line, the products, and then take some sample, share some ideas then leave, bc the prices for these kinds of products fluctuate all the time.
So most of the time, what they do pay attention is the price and the delivery time and the payment term.The reason why they come to visit usually just bc when they are already in china and near by.
And visiting is just for reassuring sake. And like only 1 or 2 hours visiting is already enough.
So can we limit the day for your stay in China just like for 2days, bc looks like the more days for the application the more difficulties it will has.

And I hope all the other customers are like you, so easy going, and so well-cooperated. Then business can be simple, hehe.

i know that other country"s ask for Guarantee money in there port of entry to there company and the money we pay back to you as soon as you are out of there country, they will not ask for money before you get visa,

Sorry dude, policy here. I have never applied for it before in my life, so I have no idea about all those red tapes b4, and this is what the bureau told me, i guess it is the update of entry policy.
Now my hands are tied, no reason for me to pre-pay 1000usd for you personally, and furthermore i can not afford it either. I already do my best, bc i really think we may can close
some big business deals in the future time. But for the time being, there is it nothing i can do. Let me know when you come up with better solution. So can you get some document reference or exemption
letter for us, so we dont need to pay any fees for it?
