you probably moved into anmother factory because the products you made at the other factory hurt or killed someone. so you close that one down and open another one somwhere else. but you for get - your quality will suck no matter where the factory is and you will probably hurt someone else again. china needs to change its attitude about quality not where to open another factory when another one closes down because of hurting customers with its inferior product

maxliao：based on your theory which I totally couldn't agree with, thousands of factory in China produce the same product must be run by on Boss, cause the product had killed somebody and the factory closed, and they re-open another one at some place else, I understand how frustration you are when learning that somebody killed(is it really that serious, though I still doubt that), but the way you came to the conclusion is imprudent, comments like this shouldn't be raised by profit-oriented business man like you.your criticize is not aiming at the facts , but to the certain group of people that your don't even understand..
