　　我最近遇到一个来自希腊的中间商，他说他的客人要定购很大的量的货，谈了一段时间以后，他要我给他客人做发票，但是我们很多事情都没有确定下来，就要我做发票，我觉得很可疑，怎么会这样操作，也没有让我们打样，只是说对我们的价格有兴趣，还说他们不是最后的买家，不需要我们做样品给他，他说客人要是确认了我们的发票会和我联系，大家有没有相似的经历啊，我们公司经理说他是骗子，我现在也不知道该怎么办了？我把他发给的邮件传上来给大家看看，请大家帮忙看下是否是骗子？小丫头谢谢大家了！
下面就是他给我写的最后一封信：
Dear Jane,

Thanks a lot for your enquries but i will like you to know that i am not the end buyer of this goods and that is why i do not need sample. If i collect sample in this circumstance, what will i be doing with it. For your information, the end buyer is the association of hotels in cameroon ( A H).The are the body that will sign contract with you if eventually they approve of your proforma invoice. If they need sample, they will let you know. My commitment as the sole agent ends with negotiating with reliable company and recommending it to them .

You have to adress the invoice to the ASSOCIATION OF HOTELS IN CAMEROON.As simple as this because i am not permitted to give the full adress untill your invoice is approved.

Payment terms is 100% T/T or LC at sight before production.

Delivery time is maximum 40 days after ceiving full payment. The first partial shipment will be made after 40 after receiving full payment.

Quantity: the quantity for the towel is 750,000pcs
the quantity for the towel is 800,000pcs

Please remember to add my commission of 0.05% of the overall invoice value.

然后你就做PI给那个HOTEL,看是什么反映
他不是说先付100%给你你才生产的么,那就等他们的货款先咯
至于他所说的佣金,必须是你收到货款或者出完货才给.
如果都能满足以上条件的话,应该不是骗子老
