i am doubtingthis issue for a long time: why enquiry fewcan be transfered to order by my hand?
in the past i know that my knowledge on how to reply an enquiry is not enough
But the following main issues I have donehas help a lot, why there still no good results ?
First of all, the timeliness of replying an enquiry
at first i am not familar with the industry and dare not quote a price to the clients immidiately, so they disappeared, it is my fault as so slow to be replaced by many other reply from other suppliers
now i improved it, cos i know it well now and can pffer a price immidiately ,and get back to them once and made the enquiry, but still no response
i am really confused
Another problem is the number of replying an enquiry, as only one letter can not cause the attention of the buyer
Now i accept the lesson, and inquiry back to him 5-8 letters to cause attention, but still not yet too, maybe i am tooimpatient to see the result this is a good way i shall stick into it and go on until see it works
Another factor is maybe the price we offered is too high for some clients only wants to wear the dresses themselves i will pay attention on the price according to different people
How to reply a enquiry scientificly and effectivelyis a really worth studying art
i have got many many enquiries since i am doing the job, but so few turned into an orderi feel sorry about it and wish to find an answer about it
hope experienced foreigning trading buddy may offer me an advice on it
