Well, I have to say my experience with China has NOT improved. The first supplier sent me a CECT P168 cell phone that was only dual band for Europe and Asia (I need tri-band to cover US and Canada). He tried to tell me that he sold e the phone for $150 for illustrative purposes only - like to test out the interface. I sent it back for a replacement, but it has mysteriously disappeared in shipping and the seller is no longer answring e-mails. The second one just stright up took my money and never delivered goods and the third one guaranteed to ship a legitimate 4GB Apple iPhone but actually shipped another CECT P168 - at least it was tri-band! She has since stopped replying to e-mails regarding the fact she sent me something ther than what I paid for. Beware, all of these sellers had web sites, no negative feedback from EC21 or Alibaba, had no negative comments when looking for a name match on Google, etc. My experience says ONLY deal with a seller that will offer COD or work with www.escrow.com so you don;t bear all of the risk. For me, I am looking to other sources other than China to get my products for eBay. Hope this bit of advice helps someone else.. good luck!
