做了外贸快1年了，对自己心灰意冷了，唯一能让我开心的就是收到一位比利时的客人，每次邮件都能给我带来惊喜，也没有那么多乱七八糟的事情，做事情爽快，干脆，要就要，不要就不要，所以在他那也出了2单了，他说明年还可能有7-10 个柜子，期待ING
下面是我跟他的部分邮件往来，很直爽的一个老头（其实也不大，他发过照片来，也就50多吧）呵呵
6月2日我们第一次邮件往来：
我在阿里上收到他的询盘的，他对我们的一款产品感兴趣，我都直接报价并发了副图给他：
他回复我的：
Dear Emma,
I recieved your mail, can you send me more pictures off thelight warehouse shelf
我回复，又把其他类似的图发他
他回复我：
Before whe make order i will recieved 1 sample , is it possible to send me one ( DHL )
Pls let me now
我回复：
Nice to received your quick reply.now i just send you two another pictures of the light warehouse shelf.the difference between them is the type of the hole on the post.

And i know you want to one sample of the light warehouse shelf,yes, that is possible,but you need to pay the freight.Please consider about it.and i hope you can believe our quality.

他直接回复我要给我单子了：
I will you give you order : ligt warehouse shelf 1X CONTAINER 20'GP FOB ANTWERPEN BELGIUM , can you send me contract en delivering time.When the Quality of the shelves is ok , i will order next time 40' GP container
后来就是第一单顺利的进行了，特别好讲话，在10月又做了一单，我也跟他讲到很高兴跟他合作，在感恩节的时候也给他邮件了：
Happy thanks giving day.thanks god let me have you such a good friend.
I had a nice thanks giving day with my family,what about you?
and have you got my new quotation of the shelf?

Yes for you also happy giving day , ,we have this day end of December , i got the new quation end sending this offer to my customer, i'am waithing now.
End off december i give you a new order shelfs , because first container is sold now , i'am waithing off container, for next yaer 2009 i think about 7-10 containers of shelfs

emmagu888：中间你要注意细节，要很细心的帮助他，比如他的那货，老板由于算的集装箱太精确了，货差点塞不下，所以担心他们开集装箱门的时候要危险，所以还发邮件提醒他：
The shelf were loading by truck yesterday,and my boss count the container's room is exact,left no rooms.so please be careful when you open the container,avoid the products fall down and hurt body.
And the shipping date is 22th,when i got the Original B/L,i will send you.
we have two months left,because the new year's day is come,if you want to purchase more,please be quick.because the steel price now is lowest this year,maybe next year will go up.

Thanks for information about container, i hope you received payment. for next order i have to see when we give you a new order, because the busines go dawnstairs , i hope that we can do good busines next year, but the economy world-wide is not good!! i feel it everyday , nice to work with you

我想这样的交流在客户与买家之间的交流相当重要的，要从客人的角度出发，但是说起来容易做起来难啊，呵呵
