2009.09.14 我开始了我的外贸生涯。今天是2010.9.14,在此写点什么纪念自己这一年的得失,2009.9.14日,这一天我带着自己的期待和僮景进入这个岗位的,因为我觉得我会在这里找到我的梦想。找到我想要的东西。甚至完成自己的理想。刚开始的三个月自己是快乐和忙碌的。天天在学习产品和外贸知识。时间就像度年如秒。总是感觉自己的时间不够用。总是刚想在继续的时,下班的铃声就已经响起,
记得上班的第一天,我问我的一个做外贸的朋友,我该干什么,他说让我先了解产品,然后注册B2B发布产品,当时无知的自己问了一个很白痴的问题:B2B是什么:$ ?在哪里找B2B?幸亏他没有取笑我,而是很有热心的教我怎么做,我记得我第一个注册的B2B是MADE IN CHINA,可惜只收到过一个询盘,而且还是不成功的单子,第一次接触询盘是上班的第二个星期一,经理转发一个阿里的询盘给我,我当时的兴奋不用说。那是我有生以来第一次收到询盘,第一次亲身接触原来询盘是这样的,要知道在学校的时候都是书本的。但是此时是真正的存在的,但是看了看邮件,明白意思。却不知道如何下手,左思又想还是不知道怎么回复才会更好,最后没办法,只好从包包里拿出那本已经丢弃几个月的外贸函电来模仿着一字一句的输入电脑,第一封询盘就这样被回复的。第二天满怀期待的打开邮件,空空如也。那个心通和着急呀,(PS:没有接触外贸之前,不知道这个不回复原来是人之常情,之后才明白原来是多么平常的一件事呀)然后就想到了”外贸路“ 外贸路是我们经理告诉我的,她说我里面有很多的知识,我有什么不懂的可以在里面学习,就这样我开始和外贸路结缘了。也是在这里我认识了几个很好的外贸朋友是他们教于我很多很多我不知道的东西,在这里很谢谢他们的帮助和支持,同时外贸路教于我的也是最多的,也是里面老前辈的例子让我有坚持的勇气和信心。
来说我的第一个询盘是来自EC21的一个来自比利时的客户。当时收到询盘的时候是在公司已经一个月了,也在外贸路潜水了一个月了,所以已经有基本的一些回复询盘的经验了,但是还是由于自己经验很产品知识不足,来回了大概4封邮件,这个客户就消失了,这个客户当时自己很在意的,毕竟是自己第一个回复的客户,回复邮件都很仔细,但是专业毕竟是专业 PS: 失败的原因可能是当时客户问我产品知识的问题时,我回答的很模糊,而且牛头不对马嘴,所以客户夭折是迟早的事情。,在怎么仔细也专业不起来。等了一个星期都没有回复,失落了一阵子。
第二个客户是来自EC21的询盘,一个印度的客户,说起这个客户,还是蛮郁闷的,感觉是浪费自己的时间,绕了一圈,既然是骗样品的。当什么都谈好了,要他付样品费的时候,他既然说:sorry to say that we are not ready to pay freight for samples if you have confidence on your product definitely your sample will approved by our clients当时真想发一封邮件骂骂这个印度阿三,不过之后想想算了,浪费姐姐力气,伤身体。不过现在想想也是因为他的回复给自己信心的。经理当时就说印度的不要理会,印度穷是不会买我们的产品的,但是感觉只要有客户回复就是有希望,所以最后结果还是经理对的。
第三个询盘也是来自EC21的一个美国客户,这个客户我们总共来玩了5封邮件,但是最后他要求的产品是高档的产品,我们的产品目前还不能达到他的标准,所以我就老实告诉客户我们的产品达不到他的标准 ,为此客户还发了一封邮件来感激我 :I appreciate you checking. Thanks very much. Have a great day. 当时看了也很感动。因为客户毕竟还回复我来谢谢我。之后过了2个星期,因为我们有新产品好像适合他们的要求,于是我试着发一封邮件过去:

想不到的是客户马上就回复我了还附上了图片,不知道是紧张还是什么原因,因为他发的图片我这里显示不出来,于是我回复说:I CAN'T SEE YOU PIC,COULD YOU RESEND,? 就这一句话,客户就消失了,在也没有回复过,任凭我怎么发都无济于事,到现在我也找不到原因:Q ,不知道各位有没有答案,很费解的一个客户,PS:电话没有打过,因为口语一般,不想开口。失败原因:目前还在思考,答案费解。
第四个客户也是EC21上的询盘,一个美国的客户,这个单子做的很心痛,总共和他们公司的3个人联系才做成这单,期间还发生了一些小挫折,不过幸亏有朋友指点,把这单给拿下了,本想把来回邮件P上来给大家提提建议的,不过想想论坛已经那么多的经验分享,就不让自己的小小邮件在这献丑了,毕竟自己还是菜鸟一个,也没有多少经验,PS:成功原因应该是给他细心和真诚的感觉。
第五个客户是在日本的B2B网站上开发出来的,网址:广告 奇怪为什么我想把这个网站分享,可是他总是显示是广告呢,哎,本人可不想打广告,算了,搜到客户邮箱就像平常一样发了一封开放信过去。

然后我马上附上一份只有价格和图片的报价单给他,就这样他就在也没有回复我,PS:我不知道是否是我们的价格太高还是我的报价单太简单,导致了失败的原因(但是日本客户不都是不怎么在意价格的吗,再说我的价格也不是很高,起码现在的一个日本客户和他类似产品,价格类似,都没有说高就直接要样品了,莫非是我的报价单太简单了,给他不细心的感觉,所以没有回复我? 因为后来才知道报价单要附上什么重量,包装之类的信息,不知道会不会是这些原因,目前这个客户已经失去5个月的联系了,虽然我现在还坚持每个月发他邮件,但是都没有消息,不知道还该不该坚持?希望各位给点建议(有电话,但是还没有打过电话给他)
第六个客户也是一个日本客户明天继续了。
