自从年后，做外贸觉得越来越压力大，他娘的，头一次遇到一个骗子公司。可怕是这个骗子公司还比较专业，而且还有一个货代跟他相互帮助。这个公司是西班牙的，叫DIEZUNA COMER, S.L‘。
如果你们正在做的话，请擦亮眼睛啊。不然，后悔的可就是你们啦。
说实话，他们老板我不知道叫什么，但是跟我联系的人i叫Sergio González。下面我给大家讲讲事情始终。
去年，也就是2011年的秋交会，我们参加了。交易会上认识了两个西班牙的帅哥，他娘的，一看就不像什么好鸟，（）其中一个他娘的居然问我们那里的女人性感不性感，hot or not?fuck the bitch!) 他们要了几个产品的报价，到各处展位上都转悠了。广交会回来后，就是报了价给他们，之后也没在意。没想到没多久，居然回复，还要了同类产品，喷白漆的价格。如此来回扯来扯去的，最终价格谈好了。数量也没有问题。这个时候已经到了十二月份啦。本来预计年底交货的事情，结果因为他们预付款的问题，一直讲交期推迟到了年后三月中旬，TMD是我今年chu的第一个柜子呢。
我先说说大体的过程，回头我边查看邮件，边给大家讲述的详细点。年前呢，还有一次是安排样品给他们。本来他娘的，他们是不要样品的，让我拍了很多详细的照片。结果，突然要求我们打个样品，一个原色的，一个是喷白漆的。打好样品后，说是寄到汕头有个办事处，他娘的，结果是他们老板在那里，叫什么bette,一个女的，在那里的一个工厂正好出货，这样好把样品寄过去，再通过集装箱发到西班牙巴塞罗那。那时候，他娘的，我们只好发的顺风为了赶他们那个破船。这样打了预付款，安排生产啦。
过了年，初八就上班啦。因为今年订单格外的多，刚过完年，工人都还没休息够的，所以工人返厂的都不是那么的积极，你想想啊，一年到头就这么个假期，一出门就是一年纳，很长啊。所以，已开工，没有多少工人干活，好歹靠到正月二十以后，人才开始多起来。

nobleharry：顶一下啊，让大家知道这个客户是个骗子啊，开始打预付款什么的，比较快，但是发货以后就成了噩梦啦。

我们公司是这个付款条件呢

nobleharry：接着说明啊，实在不好意思。年后，工人多了以后，好歹到了出货的时候啦，3.15号装的柜子。然后是3.17号的船，青岛的一个货运代理，很快这个货代将正本提单发给我们啦。TMD 到最后才明白这个只是个分单，主提单再他妈的西班牙货代那里。这直接为后面发生的事情埋下了伏笔。发货以后，我联系发了好多封邮件，说请尽快将余款汇出。他妈的，跟死了一样，没动静。因为之前他们跟汕头那个工厂一直合作着，我打电话询问了那个张小姐，她说，这个客户至今欠她十个柜子的钱呢。我问她，那为什么他们不付清款，你就让他们提货了呢？她说，他们这客户也还好，就是付款慢了点，而且都做了这么多年啦。如此云云。那是四月初的事情啦。于是，又过了许久，老板让我给西班牙那边打了个电话，接电话的就是那个sergio，son of a bitch. CTMD, 接电话说，我们已经付款了，等等，我一会把水单发给你们。20号要出差去广州了，等了两天还是没有收到款，那时候我是真急了，因为货都要到港了，再不提货，滞港费就很麻烦了。于是，在酒店，我又打电话给了sergio，这个死人吧，居然还是一个劲的说，我们已经付款了，水单一会发给你，一会是多久啦。又是三五天无音讯。广交会回来以后，我老板又给他打了个电话，然后给我回了个邮件，说会尽快付款，然后把水单发给我。

你们都是发货前要求客户付尾款吗？

nobleharry：这是5.2号的事情啦，结果过了一天，又回复我说，财务部门跟银行有点问题，不过正在解决。哎，他娘的，这西班牙的骗子真是丢人啊，太丢人了。很让我看不起，就一万多点美金，就拿不出来了，简直就是一堆粪。于是，我等了。等到5.7号，他那边回信了，发给我一份银行水单，过后没收到钱，发现水单ＴＭＤ根本就是造的，开始就觉得很假。两天后，５．９号，我写了封邮件：
Hi Sergio,
I am sorry to tell you that we still don't get the money of the balance. So far, we are so tired on this matter, we don't wanna play this game with you any more. To tell the truth, we really feel sorry on the actions your side made. So disappointed! We here already contact our other client in Germany, he will in charge of this goods if your still react so negative. Pls take good care.

下面的事情更有意思。１４号，他娘的，还没收到钱，我回复如下：

Unfortuately, we still didn't get the payment so far. Anyway, we already offer you many chances and for so many days, nearly two months from the days we offer you the copy of docs. So what should we do now, you think? Here, we don't care you through which ways, so far, we think you already do your best but still don't wanna transmit the money to our bank. So we already contact the losgistics company to deliver them back.
We so far already feel no patience with as you are such an dishonest client. Just nealy $10000, not too much, why you have so many difficultys. Unbelievable, we never meet.
My boss is already very angry with what you did. Very very terrible. You there just tell again and again but did nothing else. so hold up here. We think you don't want those goods and make the payment. So sorry we have to deliver the goods away. So sorry to meet your company in such ways. Terrible sorry.
Just take good care of yourself.

Obviously you haven’t received the Money. The payment was done but when told me you will sell the goods to your German customer I ask my bank to make the transfer back to us…

You can do what you think is best for you, but please, first of all give our money back (6.175 $)

nobleharry：上面的邮件，明细错误百出，你九号就付款了，１４号正常早就到帐了，还他妈的居然能从银行把钱要回来。明显是欺骗。这次，我们意识到，得安心找新买家了。于是我马上告知了此事给德国的一个客户，他可以买这批货，没有任何问题，但是得搞定费用是多少。１７号，无耻的西班牙客户又上来了新的伎俩：

We are having lots of difficulties and the worst moment of our history. In
fact, we are not receiving any help of our banks. The situation is critical,
not only for us, but also for hundreds of companies that don't receive any
kind of help.
We don't want to cause you any trouble, really. The most we can do today is
sending you 5.000 $ and send you what you think necessary for you to get a
formal debt contract or whatever you need.
What do you think?? Please note that 5.000 $ transfer can be done today. And
take into account that the container is wasting time and money in the port.
Money that we would face in case you allow us to download it.

Anyway, thanks for your honest reply. We appreciate that. But, we never do as your advice before and also don'twanna to try this. This is impossible to us. So if you really want these goods, just make the payment of balance right today so that we can send you the original docs.

Besides, also well note that it is your problem to cause so many days delay, No of our business. We feel so sorry for this.

nobleharry：正在我积极联系新买家，新买家积极联系西班牙那边货代关于提货的事情的时候，那边货代磨磨唧唧，拖拖拖拉拉的，很不配合，我曾多次打电话给青岛货代催促西班牙货代积极配合新买家，但是还是很不合作。前些日子，我的客户不经意间再欧洲海运网站上输上提单号，结果发现集装箱再４．２７号就已经被提走了，而且当天集装箱就被返回来了，成了空的。于是，我们问请到货代，最终告知，西班牙货代手里是主提单有权提货，妈的，我们手里仅仅是个分单。又过了漫长几天，西班牙货代给了一个付款的明细。当时没有包括无赖客户的预付款。结果，就在前天，新买家联系西班牙货代要求费用确认的时候，TMLGBde，居然多出了无赖客户的预付款。西班牙货代哪里有权利负责客户给我们的预付款？他们到底是什么关系。他妈的。于是，我回复了西班牙货代。没想到，等来了Fucking 死人的回信，看看他们那恶心的嘴脸吧，希望大家能分析一下，他们是什么意图：

With the situation we have today my boss doesn’t want to know anything else about you, he is only waiting for his money he sent to you as a deposit. Anyway, and as I told you, I have a Spanish customer who is still interested on your goods. With a good price, he would face the port charge and everything will be solved in no more than 48 hours.

I wait for your reply because we can not delay this issue anymore.
