I get 8-20 inquiries a week but we have been burned 3 times by Chinese mold makers.All of these mold makers claim they were the best!Every molder promises quality, on time delivery and cheap prices.We have not seen this at all and the language barriers, misuse of basic English words (like this email below) with no real customer support make the risk too high.Also patented designs are also being stolen.
Now lead contamination is a real problem with many companies from China.
All of my current customers have weighed the risks from China and made it clear not to use Chinese tooling or production parts due to inconsistency in quality and fluctuation in delivery times.
The cost of shutting down an entire assembly line clearly outweighs any cost savings on a mold.All of our tools are made in the U.S. and Canada.
My customers have made the choice and have made it clear to our company not to use Asian Tooling or Production.

青鱼：事实上这也是中国的企业要改变以的一个问题, 人人都在喊他们的质量好,信誉好,服务好,可是真正能做到的又有几家, 做生意不是吹出来了, 所以从开始我们要给我们的客户一个良好的印像, 这就好比去相亲, 喜欢吹牛的人往往是被淘汰的对象, 而往往那些给人踏实感觉的人获成功的机会很大!

所以我想，是不是你客户看见是中国的就复制一个发给你？
真是这样，你也别理了，人家这样的态度也做不成。
