who's fault, me or else?
About several months ago, probably in June,2006, i have contacted with one client from Holland and soon we were getting familiar with each other,cause they are interested in our products and even wanted to develop this kind of goods for their business scope. Following steps are normal:confirmation of the style, price and then the time to visit our factory...:P
Luckily, we met with each other in November ,2006 and they were satisfied with our factory and good quality,the following thing is just to place the order.After they came back to their home country-holland, i sent the samples to them , the total cost maybe several hundreds dollar,meanwhile they were discussing about the specific request to their order in the following days by e-mail or call. But soon the Christmas coming and surely there should be a long holiday for them, so the order should be confirmed after the holiday. :L
Unfortunately, there were not so many e-mail from her, so i sent several e-mail to remind them about the confiramtion of the order cause we should catch up with the delivery time, even there about 24*40HQ for her order.! :o
Until yesterday accidentally i got an e-mail and found that their buy-office in shanghai even contacted with another salesperson in our office,oh, my god!My order and client was unexpectedly stole by him!What's the problem?Without hesitate i called my client in Holland, and she informed me that their buy-office in Shanghai may not know who should be contacted with this order,but she would ask their buy-office to contact with me,then i should wait for the buy-office to contact me.....:(
Next morning i got the email from the buy-office,unexpectedly, she told me that she shall communicated with the other salesperson from then on cause they were keeping close contact always,Oh, MY GOD! Unfair for me! All the things i already confirmed with my client,why their buy-office used the unreasonable way to contact with the other salseperson in a same company?????????Ridiculus!
What i can do for this?Just face this unfair thing and leave such a big order to another good-luck person?:@

Maybe,客户的上海office 本来要找你的,可是正巧你不在,另外的那个业务员接了电话..
或者 他们不知道找谁..歪打正着打给了你的那个同事..就此熟络了起来..
可是..呵呵,..这些已经不重要了..
对客户来说,他是对公司的..他们也许并不清楚谁具体负责是否有太大关系,尤其是一个新case..
于他们,也许只要有人处理就好了..
当然,于你..你付出了那么多的时间和精力,有些很不公平 地说..
看能不能和你那个同事谈谈..或者请boss决定吧..
若最后 单还是交给另外的那个业务跟..那大度一点,看开一点吧..

真的只能你的老板来决定了。
fbfjl:怎么有这样的事呢,在公司谁的客户就是谁的客户,就由谁来根,看来你们公司的那个男同事不怎么样,这个事就和你们老板说吧,其实跟买家是没有很大关系的。还有一点要看你的那个同事是什么时候和客户联系的,让他拿出客人来公司之前联系的证据,还可以原谅,如果是后来找你的话就要据理力争。和你们老板谈。
还有就是希望没有什么暗箱操作,。。好运。
春逝:应该让你老板把你同事叫来三个人当面对质。然后要分提成给你,不然你就跟客户谈,说这个公司有财政危机,最好不要下单;P ;P

海的女儿:刚才按错了,我的意思就是说要和老板说,以后等你同事把定单签了就来不及了,那时再说的话老板可能会感觉你没能力,因为对老板来说,其实谁做都一样,不管你们中谁做成了这个单子,到最后收大钱的还是老板,所以抓紧时间整理头绪,挺头走向老板办公室,说出你和客户联系和沟通以及现在的情况,看他怎么处理

So my solution will be as follows:
Just call or e-mail the buyin g office of your client to further explain to them it is you who communicated and confired all the things concerning this big deal with their boss,there must be some misunderstandingbetween you and Shanghai buying office,and meantime,ask your clients in Netherlands to appoint you as the sole contactperson to carry on this business.
Anyhow ,you can not withdarw or make some concession after all it is really a big transaction.Meanwhile,you should ask your boss and the other salesperson to sit together to talk and try every means possibleto indicate this is a very severe problem ,these orders should belong to the very one who had contact with the client at the very beginning.Who is the most suitable person ,only you .Just encourate and cherrp up to do .

Be sure that you can get your mony back.
If your boss won't give the costomer back to you, try to tell the truth to your costomer, just say some finacial problem occured to your company or something like this.
Just do everything to protect your own profit!
Because in this world, if you can't protect it yourself, no one else can protect it for you.
Try to save evidence as much as you can.
The worst and the last thing to do if you can't get your money back is to quit!
Because I think you won't be totally devoted to your job and you won't trust your boss and your company at all.
Be sure about that you can get a much better job, because you are totally capable to get such a big deal.

Yes, i shall list out all the eveidence of the contact between me and the client, i believe this should belong to me, but the colleague said that the buy-office has the right to place order,not the client in Netherlands,so he got the order from the buy-office cause the buy-office controlling the order, Is it true?:o
Anyway i shall try hard to take back,otherwise i may....:L
