该来的始终还会来的。想说说公司与客户的事
付款方式是全TT,客户打过钱来一个月才给走的,当时说的是半个月。客户要求的是160KG的桶,结果我们走的是220的。客户要发图片,我们也发了。照片就是客户要求的那样,桶上有一个大盖,还有一个内盖。结果到了后,是一个封闭的盖,上面只有两个小口。
而且问题还不只如此。

limengsi:It is really embarassing and funny to hear from you that you do not know the difference between the SLES70% paste and the Stuff you have shipped to us.
We have been using SLES70% for the last 15 years and this is the first time we were cheated by a Chinese Company.
limengsi:Please give explanation to following questions;
1. Before the shipment, we specifically instructed you to send SLES70% packed in drums with full top lid for which you agreed. see the attached picture you sent.
Why did'nt you send the agreed packing?
2. Can you pack SLES70% in closed type drums with two small lids just like the one you shipped to us and how you are going to unload the stuff?
3. If you say you sent SLES 70% ( paste) in closed type drums, how come it become watery when you unload it?
limengsi:4. Why do you need a third party report when it is obvious that what you have shipped to us is not SLES70%.?
5. There are no proper shipping marks and labels in all the drums. Only a piece of paper pasted on each drum. (see the attached picture)
How can you send a shipment without proper shipping marks and labels indicating shippers name, consignee's name, product name, weight etc,.?
limengsi:You have done a great damage to us. We request you to send us the right product or refund our money.
If not, we treat this as a fraud and act accordingly. We will take this matter seriously up with the higher authorities through the Chinese Embassy and hand over all shipping documents and your product to relevant people.
We are very much disappointed in you and your company.

其实第一个单没做成的时候,就明白了。自己的工作就是骗子,也做好准备等客户的反应,可真来了
即便我做好了准备,我就是骗子,可我还是没法接受现实

但现在的工资在这块属于不低的了,如果去别的地估计会很少。

limengsi:不过也有气人的,有个朋友,她客户的预防款都打过来了。也快一个月了吧,到现在还没给她走。让她在做一个合同,想订些那种产品的别的颜色。她因为那个货还没走成呢,也没给客户做。觉得对不起客户
但客户从她们公司的另外一个人那下单了,我很无语。客户是不是傻子呀
limengsi:我们一直在为客户鸣不平,可还真有这样的客户??明知道自己上当了,还要继续受骗
看到客户的回信,在对比经理的态度,我真的很想哭。但在看看那样的客户,我又觉得很不值。就是因为价格低才买的,他们也是只看重价格不重质量的家伙,为他们这样伤心真的很不值
limengsi:但我真的就这样,用金钱出卖我的良心吗?

limengsi:我们的工作就是开发客户,所有谈成的声音都是一锤子买卖的,所有我很郁闷
最主要的是,我不想出卖自己的良心
