我的外国朋友,目前带我小孩在上海旅游, 这个朋友每天都给我报告一下,他是怎么"教育"我小孩的,
他的教育方式,和真诚,总是让我很感动,
下面是我们的一段"实况转播": 大概是说上海中餐厅的服务,与美国餐厅服务的差别,
我想我们做贸易的,也可以从中得到一点启发,或者平时我们做生意的人，该怎么善待周围的客户,
其实每个客户,都不傻,都有一个对服务的期望值, 如果服务跟不上去,至少要学会沟通能力跟上去,
不然的话,将会得到什么样的"惩罚"?

外国朋友: so i forgive her for not treating me nicely=====前天,这孩子一个人从世博馆回酒店,出门没带手机,回酒店后,也不主动联系.太欠揍啦!
外国朋友看走散了,就报警,找了20个警察去喊喇叭找人,晚上10点多著着拐杖, 疲惫不堪, 以为人丢了, "都吓哭了", 真是让我非常过意不去.
很佩服他非常耐心地教育孩子,充满了对人的关心.

看来1楼思想很开明，让女儿跟老外去旅游，确实能学到很多东西，最少比读死书强很多。

抢座位。偶只能说有这样的情况发生，不过大多时候是没有座位可抢的。
