成功的击退印尼下家工厂的4000美金索赔已经

victor43：成功的击退印尼下家工厂的4000美金索赔。
已经6个月过去了，印尼服装工厂再也没有提这件事，我们还是有合作，因此判定此索赔案已经终结。高兴之余，向各位路友分享一下全过程。
我们是家面料工厂（MILL），另外两家参与这个合同的是美国客人（CUSTOMER），印尼服装厂（FACTORY），过程规则是这样的。CUSTOMER下服装定单给FACTORY，指定面料MILL---------》FACTORY下单给我们，他们付款，------------》我们和FACTORY签合同，面料发至印尼。
首先这个事我是有责任的，
FACTORY在下单前询问，是否能赶上JAN-25的船，我回信说不可以，可以赶上FEB-2的船，由于服装交期紧，于是合同改成FEB-2的空运。（FACTORY订海运，空运对他们来说没什么区别，因为是CUSTOMER付所有的款目）
结果这次生产出奇的快，1月末，总值8万美金的面料开始分批出运，在出运的时候，我凭经验误判该分批是海运，订了25号的船，在发票，报关资料已做，货物已经运到上海的情况下发现错误，挽回错误还有余地，但是比较复杂，比较困难，当即我就打电话给FACTORY，要求接受海运，我跟他们纠缠了很长时间，努力劝说，后FACTORY被迫同意，邮件确认如下。当然我很狼狈。（诶，这个错误非常的严重，大家不要鄙视我）。

Further toe telecon , noted you have made a mistake and you need help from us. Normally we do not do that because it affects our leadtime and performance, but considering your request , we accept to ship the following qty by vessel .....

But pls note - going forward, you will tell us of your problems in advance , so that we are clear. Pls do not hide anything from us. You should understand that business is done by trusting each other. In a similar way, I have a problem, I will inform you upfront and expect cooperation from your side.

victor43：如果大家还记得去年的那场大雪，天哪，就是1月25号发生的，漫天飞雪，港口封停，飞机停开，上海成了一座冰封之城。
我的货，在船上，等了7天，于2月2日缓慢驶出上海港。非常非常的严重！！我当即两封跟FACTORY汇报情况。接下来春节来临，又要在寄送提单，情况变的比较复杂。

You may have read China now have very strong snowstorm nationwide of 50 year's biggest.

For 25th-Jan portion,the B/L and other shipping documents are still on their way from Shanghai due to heavy snowstorm.all way locked.

I will send one copy set at the first availability.

I telephoned your forwarder,and got information that the vessel will start on 30th-Jan,For more details,pls contact your forwarder.I will send the copy set of shipping document before Chinese New Year.

What's more.I confirm there will be no problem of submitting original documents to bank during Chinese New Year.
