圣诞前两天,收到第一封客户的圣诞祝福,便意味着年度总结该着手准备了。
想了1个星期,找不到突破点,咬牙启齿的感觉,睡觉或者周末休息也不得安心。
所有美好的事物并不是一次性就可以敲定的,而这样的任务却又是一件必须要打得漂亮的软仗。
就这样从上上周周五拖到上周日晚上,实在没有办法了,也实在要硬头而上了。
利用一些可以利用的朋友资源,去交谈去寻找突破口。终于当天晚上凌晨一点左右将总结初稿定了下来,第二天周末正好老板来工厂,就打印出来拿给他看。
周一开会老板给了一些意见和想法,周二上午根据想法再次修改稿件;然后立马将稿件发到公司群里面,寻求各公司同事帮助修改和给予意见;周二下午最终版的前一稿出炉;而后又总结了老板和经理的意见,加进去了一些内容。终于于12.31日晚上,登陆经理邮箱,以她的名义发送给客户以及他的领导。
我已经不记得11年、12年的年度总结前后修改了几遍,13年的总结从手稿到定稿修改了8次,而其中不乏彻头彻尾的颠覆性修改。
在整个过程中,很感谢我的朋友还有领导以及给我意见和建议的各位同事。
一个人的思维始终会存在着这样那样的缺陷,而集体的力量却可以是无穷的,也是最具有创造力的。
老板一直在交我们一个道理,也是他用了很多年的经验,不断用别人的思维去挑战自己的思维,同时,不断用自己的思维去挑战自己原来的思维。在不断的挑战后,最终无法挑战的思维才成为了一个阶段最全面的思维。很感激他一直言传身教,也一直在潜移默化中培养我们养成这样的习惯。
现在,我想把这些分享给各位步友,也愿意大家一起来讨论这3年来的年度总结中值得肯定和需要完善的地方。
希望2014年那边的总结不会让我那么纠结,不会让我“伤死很多脑细胞。写不出来的时候精神恍惚失眠多梦,等待判决的时候七上八下,OK后还得惦记着明年除了要与之匹敌的GOOD外还需BETTER。”

2012年年度总结
Dear ***,
Time flies!
Still remembering worries of tough economic situation at the beginning of 2012, then the Doomsday of Maya prediction at the tail of 2012, and the other unexpected challenges for both of us, luckily, we haven’t been threatened away by any of them, and stand stably to welcome a hopeful new year.
Thanks for helping us find out our weak points during 2011, which becomes the best contributor for us to improve ourselves during 2012. To avoid similar quality complaints, earlier this year, we have successfully created an automobile glue machine by our own engineer to control ill operations by hand; Globally for year 2012, we are happy that there are fewer quality complaints, but there are still improvements that we must achieve as per each detail of work like packaging of pallets/barcodes and etc.
In 2012, we are honored to receive 1,754,668pcs orders in total with eight items more and two brands more when compared with last year’s 998,484pcs cases. We appreciate so much for your support which, to great extent, stabilize our staff especially at the ground of difficult recruitment and employment instability in China today; To sustain and strengthen our production ability, we are now concentrating on machinery production with removal of our factory to broader area. Daily output for hard cases can reach to about 4,000pcs for 9 people’s work-team when compared with last year’s 3,500pcs for each line with 15 workers; For semi-hard cases and soft cases, more molds have been developed too to simplify operational work and also improve our quality.
Additionally, during 2nd quarter of this year, it is a good chance for us to challenge ourselves especially for first two orders of GUC cases, thank you so much for having trusted in us, and this heave task in urgent time has pushed each of our staff to move faster to turn something from impossible to absolutely possible.
Meanwhile, we take this opportunity to thank you specifically for recommending us with some new customers; introducing our aluminum cases to European customers; and more importantly, trying your every best to fight for Polariod cases. Thank you for your recognition to our service and also your friendliness to us, and we will do things at hand well and also be well-prepared for challenges in following years.
Lastly, may the coming of New year of 2013 bring happiness and health to each staff in SF !

Dear *, * and *,
Year after year flies by!
It is time to say hello to 2014. In the Chinese tradition, this year is the HORSE year, what’s on this coming Horse? As you wish!
2013 is a year when Chinese manufacturing faced fierce situations, with some closed down and some surviving. Even though the purchasing from us this year is much less than last two years, we appreciate so much for your non-stop kindly help. It is your efforts and always standing from our point that helps us make persistent improvements to survive! Thankfully, we are still here, together with you, standing side by side and fighting forward.
All staff in CW never stop learning as per internal production technology, quality control, staff training and product R&D in 2013 to greet for 2014 and we are ready for it! We do believe such progress on production skills and products diversity will help us to provide better services to you in 2014, especially for the current projects on soft CARRERA case, PVC MARC JACOBS case, metal case for MAX&CO and others more.
In the end, we would like to send our best and most sincere wishes to each staff in SF!
