打样,收样品费,天经地义。2000打样费,实话说不贵,我们也一直这么做的,客户也都接受。但今天,碰上这个美国人,薨了。

The business potential of this product is so big, that 3 days of discussion is really nothing.(他习惯熬夜,所以每次我都是在白天跟他在线聊,主要是他的产品很罗嗦,繁琐,我们也帮他修改了好几次最后确认了他要哪一种,有种每次跟他聊天都身心疲惫的感觉,所以我就很快的说了句讨论你的产品已经很长时间了,没想到,他抓住我这句话,说我们只谈了三天而已,对于有商机的产品,谈三天根本不算什么,好吧,我承认,我不应该说那句话的“we have talk so long about this products”)

I need to first see your samples. What would be accpetable sample charge, where I don't risk lots of money and you also feel like you are doing it for free?
I would pay 1000 RMB to agree to evaluate your samples.

300USD is really needed. Dev...we are not to intend to make profit from your sample charge, it is just needed such fees.

By no means, company trying to get business charge so much for the samples..

Dev..1000 RMB is not accepted.. our other customer never say our sample charge is too high or unreasonable.they pay and we make quality samples..Order confirm, sample charge be refunded..we have do business with worldwide customers more years..so, really sorry on this pont for unagreement with you.
最后他直接下线了。补充一句:他要的单价和我们也差好多,他要under0.15 usd每片,我们bottom line 都是0.55 usd每片。我承认这种价格谈判我不在行,措辞和用语需要多加强,但是你方的价格也太低了。打样费也这么纠结,我们都说了可以给退还的。哎。

估计客人也需要很长的时间去评估和推销你的产品,所以下单返还样品费现在对他来说是没有吸引力的

是说我们不折手段争取打样费的意思吗。我在经理那都去好几遍就这个价格,给出了最低价,我这个业务新人也没办法降哦。
总之,加强谈判技巧吧。你也多给出些意见哈。嘿嘿。

客人貌似觉得你们做生意诚意不够,赚样品钱了,个人觉得如果你们样品收费合理不烦把具体罗列出来

大货不可能加的了价的,他现在就说我们单价高,他目标价太低啦。

我们就卖贴纸的,他要那种字母贴。尺寸挺大的。样品费真的是这个价的,从来没低过1500,给他分析,他说的头头世道,什么这个只要多少钱,那个只要多少钱,根本不是我们说的那么高,说什么他对原材料市场是调查了的。我们经理都气的跟我说:你直接叫他把所有材料备齐,我们只负责加工得了。:L

for Sample, in customer's point of view, it means nothing but evaluation or market test, every customer want free of sample .
stand at factory's view, to identify whether this customer is a real potential customer ,or not.it is definetely hard to do so.. so sometimes there is a conflict.
make friends first,,when it come to understand more, it would not be no longer a problem under a trust.
另一种感觉:说实话 1楼的写作能力有待提高
并且可以再专业点 不能和他说那么多话。
走边缘的女人:你说你们从来都不低于1500RMB,为什么找客户收2000呢? 这样子客户当然不高兴了。
另外,我觉得这个客户算好的了,已经提到1000RMB 了,你怎么也得相应的减一点,表示诚意。
再者,我觉得你不应该前面都说RMB,突然又冒个300USD出来。乱套了

一提到样品费就不吱声的客户一般都很小气,成效的机率很小.
一般我的样品费都会贵过大货好几倍.如果客户说太贵我就说如果有量产订单的话样品费在大货里面扣.
