For the first timeof order i can not make payment for sample.
我给客户的答复:
Hi Mr. Dave Wilson,
It's resonable for us to charge the sample fee, because we need to send many samples to our customers every day. If allthe samples are free , who pays for the cost? Maybe you think one sample just needs few money, but 100 samples need a lot of money , so pls you understand us. We are sincerely to cooperate with you , so pls let us see your sincerity.
客户又回了:
For the first timeof order i can not do that i can only do when am going to make payment for the order then i will add that to it ok.
我给客户的信:
We know you are worry about your risk ,but we have risk as well, in fact, we don't like to do business with Ghana's. Because of their poor credit. I believe you are a good business man, but we don't believe Ghana's , because we have met with cheater in Ghana. We have to be very careful with Ghana's. so pls you understand us, and i just a salesman in the company,i have tried best to discuss with our manager, but he doesn't agree to send you free sample. I'm sorry .
客户的回信:
No problem if your Manager disagree then i dont think i can also order without seeing sample because i have also meet similar problems as you saying so i think yo should cancel my order ok.

Decem422:客人回你的第二封邮件,已经说明:会在正式下单的时候把样品费算在里面的。
那你还纠结什么,虽然说样品是不能乱发,但是如果真的是一个很有可能下单的客人,那可以考虑一下。
同时,非常“恭喜”你的第二封回信已经成功的激怒了客人,倒不是因为费用而是因为你一再间接暗示他们没有信誉和诚意,
是打着下单的旗子骗样品的骗子。

要样品费可以跟他说你们有些物料没现料,要出去买。然后以后订单量超过多少的话,样品费可以退的。
没关系,当是增长经验,下次你就懂得话不能说得太直接。

告诉他,你给样品钱,就合作,否则就算了

这种客人还要去理会啊,一般情况下,连小小的样品费都不付的客人,不会有什么单子下来给你。然而另一方面,除非你碰上的是个非常大的客户,那么这种客人很牛逼,这是大公司的风格,没办法。所以先判断是不是行业内大家都知道的那种大客户。不是的话那可以肯定了,他就一骗子
