自从进入到9月以来,市场似乎慢慢回温,这不,最近收到了好多回复,真是爽,罗列如下,同乐同乐:
第一个客户的邮件:

不知道大家写邮件的时候有没有注意到自己的语气。我最近发现我写邮件的时候语气特别生硬,态度好像也不怎么太好。
不知道是不是由于二三个月没有单,所以心情有些烦躁,不知不觉中邮件的语气和态度也不够谦逊和尊重对方。
这个问题一定要纠正,哪怕心情再不好,客户就是上帝,就是钱啊。

最近我也有好几个客人回复,但是,大多也是跟1楼一样的回复,没有实质性的进展。分析了下,情形跟语气跟1楼描述的也很相似。一起改吧。

如果能够将这些转换成订单,那就阿弥陀佛了。
