一大早收到客户反映的问题,说上批货有问题,说的很详细也很委婉。简单回复客户后,上线上看了下客户在线订单,并请教了生产主管,证实客户反映的问题确实存在。怎么给客户解决呢?下面是客户完整邮件:
Good morning.I am now in Mexico and had a chance to look at the rings we bought in our first order.While I was checking the rings, I noticed there is an issue with some of the rings we bought from your factory.For the models RO4170 and RO3904, it seems that a brown glue was used to stick the rhinestones.This glue is very visible in many of the rings and makes the silver rings look brown.It is confusing because some of the rings are fine, and others are of very bad quality because of the brown glue.When we compare 2 rings of the same model, it is very easy to see the difference.One is a very nice silver color with the rhinestones, and the other rings looks almost brown or gold because of the glue that has leaked out.Obviously we can not sell these rings due to this problem so we want to make sure it does not happen again.The glue makes them look like very poor quality.I think around 40 or 50 rings have this problem.I will try to send pictures as soon as possible.
Also, I would like to ask you about the production of our current order with your company and the other.Please let me know when it will be finished so we can discuss shipping options.Maybe we will prefer FedEx even though it is more expensive.

ddlove:真有那么多次品的话,可以选择退回来,然后发大货的时候补进去!或者把次品的钱再后面收尾款的时候扣除!

慧欣:问题出了就解决问题啊,请教你们的相关人员,数量也不大,如果是你们的错,可以下次多发一些进行补偿,毕竟是长期客户,沟通很重要,诚信也很重要

我刚去线上看了,都是手工点钻的,难免会有胶水外溢的现象,还有, 镀银货遇胶水也很容易变色的。
退货应该不会的,客户也没有说退货,可能想这次给他优惠些,因为货款基本已经付清,运费可能差些钱,用Fedex的话价格高,但客户应该不会多付了。
怎么跟老板讲呢?

谢谢你的建议!挺好,但我打算先让客户统计下数量,算下货值,如果相差不大,这次就给客户多花些钱走Fedex。 就是没想好怎么跟老板交代呢

自己厂出的质量问题是让业务员最说不起话的了,这边刚跟客户说了质量保证,那边就出问题,自己人打自己人的脸,郁闷啊!:Q

I have reported the problam to our production colleague already, and have asked them to pay more attention to glue so that similiar problam will not happen again.Could you send us some pictures for those rings with glue ?
And kindly advise how many rings affected, we will replace them and ship out together with this orders, is it acceptable for you ?
