hql729：A letter to my boss
Dear Boss,
I’m so tired when I finished these SMS for Gaastra, so I want to hv 2days for rest. Pls note that I worked overtime everyday for nearly two months, so 2days rest is not too long for me.
And pls find below suggestions of mine. I think we wl be more easy if we can do as below.
1. pls prepare enough when we start to make our sample,such as yarn, trims, fty if we want to rush so many smpls.
2. pls cfm all related details on time, and swatch for piece dye, washing, lap-dip, emb, printing……should be approved before we make smpl , the best is sending us the correct swatch or reference smpl or point out what we should follow clearly.
3. pls arrange sms making reasonable, u know, it’s hard to arrange so many sms in the same time in one –two fty when they are in the peak time, and it’s very hard to follow so many sms to me, maybe the reason is that I am not so experienced. But, any way, pls take a note of this thing.
4. we need a very harmonious work environment and cooperative fty, so pls establish a good businessship with our fty, it’s hard for our following if fty is critical of our company.

My best friend suggest me that I can speak this to my boss but not write to him if I want to stay here, I agree with her, cause it’s very hard to find a new better job at this hard period. but I am so angry and really really want to write down, so I sticke here, I wl write to him once I decide to leave.

Do not made decision so quickly before you do that .
