最近一直在想很多事情，很挣扎，于是前天晚上失眠，于是就写了一大篇给我这个美国的客人。下面是他的回复！

见过一次面但从没有合作过。在此，与大家分享。

I will be happy to give some insights. You are young you have lots of time.
First it is always hard to start a business. You need to have products, but you will also need to have some financing for cash flow.
If I were you I would try to do something part time at first. Do not quit you job. When it is time to move to full time you will know. But no need to be in a hurry. Take your time. It is easy to rush into failure. Success takes time. I have done both in my life.
Success is better.

Start with your website. This may get you some interest in your products as long as people can find you. But you have to bring in the sales yourself or have sales people. This is the only way to bring in business. You need people working for you like you are working for your boss. You can work at night and on weekends yourself. Or have others working for you in the background.

The most successful people will have 2-3 or more businesses. The first is always the hardest to get started.
It will take time but if you really want it you will get it. Business is tough for everyone now including me.
So saving and starting small now will work for you in the next 2-3 years as everything gets better.

怎么说呢，其实不是说教。 我从SALES 一路做到SALES主管，MSN，QQ，SKYPE上都是同学，供应商，客人，ETC 。
到头到发现，居然没有一个可以说话的人，这点大家可能比我有更深的体会。
这么多年，一直在挣扎着，想自个做点什么，，，也试着征求一些较好的朋友，但他们说的话很少经历过，这些话很大一部分只停留在口号上。大道理谁都明，所以就想请教一个LEVEL比我高的人，于是就有了客人的回复。
此客人差不多50岁了，人挺好的，，人看起来也很富态。
在HK展会上聊的还算开心，虽然没有做成生意！
