They have written USD 4480 x 29.44 = NTD 131,891
Means askingUSD 27.55 extra i.e. NTD 807.
We can remit NT$ 131084 Right NOW.

真的是不忘了说要便宜的价格。都还没有报价就说要好的价格，如果价格超过他预算估计就没有下文了吧。
所以就给他报了价格，是按老板给出的正常价格给报的，然后很快他就回复了。

真是的，还是一如既往的说要优惠，而且还要赶交期，对我们中国工厂很了解的说，知道国庆要放假的，那我就先跟我们中国工厂确认了能不能再国庆前出货，哎，工厂太忙了，不行，幸亏我们还有美国工厂可以帮忙，既然他要敢交期，那我们就要咬住价格不放。

1) The price we are offering you is already our best price with certain quantity,
Since this is our first cooperation, we also hope to bring more and more business opportunities for both of us.

2) After checking with our Chinese factory, this film order need to be finished in 5 working days after order confirmed.
And we need to ship out goods on September 28th, so that it can clear custom smoothly in China, so that you can receive goods on time.
So it is not workable in our China factory.

There is another choice for you, we can do this order in our parent American company, and then it will catch up with your exhibition.

Its the biggest architectural exhibition show in India.
We need the films to reach max by the 7th Oct in India. Need time later to….
This can be shipped by Fedex from USA & Shipment from USA reach India by fedex on 4th day. We shall bear the Fedex charges.

2) Sorry that now we still not got shipping cost from American Fedex,
We have DHL cost for your reference, because we have cooperation with DHL, so maybe its cost is cheaper.
As usual, it got 4 days to reach Mumbai from our American company, and it will delay in delivery in India.
So maybe you need to call local DHL to remind them.
3) Enclosed is our proforma invoice for this order, you may check it.
Also we include 3 Free sample film for you to have test.

2) freight charges xxx us $ can be mistake. US freight to india is usually same as getting frm china due to competitive & load sector theory. Plz speak to them again.

Plz gv me the shipment parameters , parallel we shall take quote in india for the USA pickup. Give me weight & volumetric size of the shipment. Also the pickup address in USA.
3) in future after exhibition can we buy large size from you.

其实这个小钱我们是可以处理的，第一次合作就当是给的优惠也可以，可是这个是原则问题，汇率一直变化，不能按他说的，我们公司的政策就是按海关汇率，那这下就不妥协了，
