I joined in my company and one of its sections in early March, then a week later a new saleswomen joined in my section, then another joined in the other section. They will have their first orders. Honestly speaking, I felt imbalanced and lost because I haven’t gotten any order despite my repeatedly emailing and calling. At weekly regular company and section meetings I feel ashamed and lost and a little bit imbalanced when it comes to sales reporting . I didn’t have any valued potential importers left by the previous senior salespersons but the others do have a few since they came to the company. I was assigned to explored the fully saturated market like Germany where top brands are well recognized and received.
What’s worse, I feel rejected when the manager and the other two senior salespersons had dinner together. I want to know how the new saleswoman in my section feels about it, but I try to stop speaking out my sense of being rejected. At least She will have her first order in near future.
I don't intend to complain about my colleagues.Actually, I have made efforts to befriend them and try to learn from them.However, some of them leave me a bad impression of impoliteness, kindlesness and arrogance.Maybe it takes time to know and accept each other before conclusion.I just want to share my feelings that kindness is not certainly rewarded. You are welcome to share your ups and downs. But remain modest in face of success and positive in face of failure, won’t we?

No matter what situation you encounter there, please be patient and be nice to everyone. Try to get into their daily topic and make your best to get along with them.

中国英语学习者在he/she和his/her之间似乎老是犯错误，可能因为中国的他和她发音一样，不过犯这样的低级错误实在惭愧。至于“God helps those who help themselves--人自助，天助也！”的翻译“人自助，天助也！”当然很好，本人译成 "求神不如自救"想把“求人”这层意思表达出来。翻译无定译，永无止境，现在我认为中国式的表达“求人不如求己”更容易理解、接受。
