做了一的半成品客户说要在今年做成品,于是快递来有500种样品,全部报了价。
今天终于开张来订单啦,虽然数量有20种,总金额才5000$,但已经有了很好的开始。最大的感谢,是对于客户。希望客户别的客户也会很快下蛋。客户有V,F,T,M。

here is your first PO to deal with. It is for customer V - who is by name - V Fashions as you can see on the PO.
Let's talk about this PO attached.
First - see the prices. These are generally considerably more than your quotes to me. I told you previopusly that I would take care of you if you gave me you very best prices and I think this is an indication of that promise I made. That said - here is the deal going forward re V PO's. I require a commission of 15% on all V PO's going forward - including this one. I also want you to hold a reserve of another 5% separately that I will asking you to credit back to V for all their business at the end of each calendar year. Be advised I have increased you original quotes by 25% to accomodate these payments. So you are losing no money on your original quotes.
In fact - you will make more money because many of these prices are increased far more than that 25% and that means you (CBMS) will be making much more for those. So everyone wins. Always give me your very best pricing and I will protect that for you!
Please confirm this understanding.
Note - the payment terms are to be net 40 days - wghich is what Valways received from US. And he gets that already from 2 other sources in China as well. That is a must. And you will TT my commissions here (info to be provided shortly) immediately after payment of each invoice by the customer. Please acknowledge.
Back to the PO. This is only the beginning. I need to get back to the customer tomorrow re how quickly yopu can make these styles up and provide samples. he is in need of these goods asap so do whatever is required to get this PO sampled fast and shipped. Can you get these samples out of there in the next 10 days latest? Please advise.
Also - these styles are not difficult ones - they are essentially Basics. So I would like you to get this PO produced and shipped in the next 4 weeks. Can you do that? I want to give V the best impression I can since all they know is at this point.
Please advise re the above tomorrow. I told hoim I would call him about the shipping issue in the morning. Remember - these are all to be lead-free (,600 PPM's) and nickel-free. Please acknowledge.

fada2005:这价格,我是让韩国公司报的价,他们说加了很少的利润。因为对这韩国公司有点失望,我找到了我以前合作过的中国厂家,人家老板一算,能做,说价格还挺高的。今天已经安排做确认样品了。

fada2005:这客户本来在印度有自己的工厂。可能是嫌投资太大,想在这边和我做。他的印度工厂也是和一个印度人合伙的性质。估计是他们闹开了。
他有好几个客户,其中客户V,他要15%的提成,然后5%到年底的时候,让我把有的订单加起来汇给V。因为他们以前生产过,给我的都是repeat order, 他可能比以前稍微给降了一下价格,然后给了客户,说中国这边便宜。这样,扣除了他们的20%,往往还能剩下。像邮件里他说的,他在我的报价基础上加了25%给的V,但实际上,有的远远高于 25%.
