我的货找货代走的,上周五提的货,从深圳出走HK DHL出,可原本以为周六晚上可以上网查到货物航班信息,可是后来跟进,至今仍没有航班信息,正在急着不好跟客人交待,要知道每个客人都是很急着收到货的,担心的心情可想而知,在和货代确认了一下,可能还要1,2天的样子,我终于决定还是把情况提前和客人说明一下,于是我回了客人如下一份邮件

Sorry to let u know this bad news, our forwarder advs me your shipmt will delay some days due to the custom house check very strictly during these day of coming ofThe World Exposition Shanghai China 2010 , and also over booking for DHL in HK, you can find information on DHL website with DHL express no:xxxxxxx.
and of course we will keep close eye on your this shipmt, and once any update new will let u know at first hand,tks.
Really very very sorry for any inconvience.
