和客户谈不下去了忍心降价太难了今天收到一位

天使隔壁家：和客户谈不下去了，忍心降价太难了。
今天收到一位聊了一个礼拜的客户的邮件，又是一个晴天霹雳，总感觉幸福离我越来越远。客户市场在美国，原先也在美国采购，想找龙头供应商来降低成本，没想到遇到我们的价格比他在美国买还贵。当然，这是不是真的还待考究，经过一番讨价还价后，最终从5.6 usd降到2.5 usd ,但是我要求没单不少于5k的订货量。也提出了似乎比较苛刻的要求，比如不给他包运费，报关什么的，然后事情到这里就卡屁了，客户回了一个thank you ，以后有机会再合作。心碎了一地，但是价格不能再降，其他条件似乎还有回转的余地，只是不知道怎么调节才能既保住自己的利益，又留住客户，下面是我和客户回复的全部内容，A是客户，B 是我自己。走过路过的朋友们，如果有兴趣的话可以驻足看看，有什么高招也拜托点播点播。

i'm asking because i'm working with buyers that with the time will buy a lot of those smoke alarm, and they not going to spend this price that you show me,
so please let me know what is the cheapest one that you have,

our smoke detector is made by our private model , and we use battery that can support more than 3 years ,
if u accept to use public mode , and accept to buy smoke detect without battery , maybe we can down the price to 3.5 USD .
but MOQ must up to 500 pcs for bulk order .and we promise it will be the same quality with EN14604 certification.

in fact , battery is easy to buy in every market , we use 9V square shape dry battery ,as below shows too
in some deal , we support our customernot buy battery , cos battery is diffcult to delivery by air or express .
but it's an other story if u're delivery by shipping ,
otherwise , u can easy to buy good battery with cheap price in chinese market if place a bulk order to professinal battery factory.

i'm buiyng smoke alarm in the us market for 4$ ( with battrey ), so if the deal that i'm getting from you is 3.5$ (without battrey) and i will need to pay for shipping, so it's not much good deal for me.

　　 I don't think 4 USD is a reasonable pirce in ur end market ,
I'm　manufactory and international sales　I know the material cost　and the delivery freight,
but since u're telling this , I trust u , maybe some one use other way to get so much cheap smoke detector
but since u're inquiry here , why not by a sample to test and keep us as a 　Potential suppliers,
more choice more safety, especially on the international business . u should know this more than us. am I right ? hope to hear u soon .

Ok so let me send you a link to home depot store, one of the biggest stores in US, you can see that the price there is 4.98$ ,
　Because i'm buying from them more then 100,000$ every month i'm getting from them 20% discount.　 So i'm paying 4$ for this smoke alarm.
If i'm paying more then 2$ on smoke alarm from outside of US it's not worth it.

I think 1$ for pcs is reasonable price.
B: we will see if on our chinese market will have such cheap smoke detector ,
but for 1USD is not enough to by a PCB board , u must been cheated by someone , or these are clearance products.
as a friend , I want to remind pls take care of commercial fraud in cross - border deals .
　　　 and sorry our product can't be cheap　like that , we're based　on the　EN 14604　certification standard ,
so 3.5 USD is our button line . 　
　 at last hope u can find what u're looking for , and pls keep in touch if any other necessary .

What about price around 2.5$ ?　
If I will start buying big amount of smoke detectors, 3.5$ is a little bit to much.

If the price is 2.5 USD (EXW price or FOB price ?) , if so , how about u rise ur quantity to 5000 pcs for every order ?
I mean per order not ur total quantity.
And we not take care of the delivery and custom clearance . u can ask profession company to do this for u ,
other wise we need to caculate that cost extra .
And the warranty year is 1 years .

If u accept that , then I think we can final make deal , hope to get feedbacks from u soon .
