like in any new relationship business together there is some mistake in the beginning what am trying to do here in our communication is to fix this small mistake so they will not happened in the further as you know we are going to have long successful relationship together!!
1. the mistake with my distributer in Australia it all been done we cannot fix that I just don'twant it will happened again with other distributor in the world. please remember DA VinciTM is trade marked world wide! nobodycannot used that namewithout my authorization company letter head.
2. regarding the small mistake that happened in kiosk you learn what kind of demands I have I learn what kind of demands you have like I say before it new start thing happened nothing it not perfect in this life we just try to get the best out of it.it like baby that need to grow you know
3.my head office have nothing against you and even if they have did which they don't. am still the only boss of this company I make the final decisionand I said we keep doing business together.

4. I know how it work in and office where you work at. I know you not the boss on personal level I think you are hard working employed, very professional, great girl and very good in what you do and again I would like to thank you personally sheshe for everything you done for me!! and yes I am very respect your independent spirit.I wish I had couple of employed like you that are hard working professionaland great personality like you.
please advise your boss that DA Vinci cosmetics TM will keep doing business with youregardless all the problems we had. only because I personally think that you are great girl and very professional! SHESHE

客户是美国的，化妆品全球澳大利亚有连锁（其中提到的australia distriputer），
付款很积极的，直接问数字，打钱。
前段时间一个8900美金的单，他花了1000美金加班费（十一），8000美金运费ups美国，
因为有其磕坏，电压不同电路不通，邮件里把我骂哭2次，本来以为再也不会合作了的，结果回这样一封。
对于刚开始做外贸的人来说，蛮欣慰的。
