Annual Summary in Snake Year
This is the end the Snake Year in 2014. Reviewing the past of this year, it seems that I do not get much progress in the business ability.
1. for the CT customer, she place the first order to me, but I make her angry when the product reach the shipping time, at which we fail to catch it. The main reason is that I did not make my best to push the producing department. When the producing manager said that he could not catch the shipping time as the other salesman’s order haven’t not finished yet and he had to finish her order first. When heard this, I stop push the manager to finish mine. That is the most unacceptable fault I made. Why I stop pushing, why I did not revolting, why I yielding?????? Anyway, when I try to get the feedback from CT, I failed it already, what I know is that they are already not interested in our company already. That is the most failed business already……
2. for the UN customer, Maybe our price is too high for them. But as I know, she is a very big customer, if I can crab her, I believe she will place 2 container every month, but I fail it for a fish business sales.
Anyway, I still have to admit that I was lucky in the Snake Year. Near the end of Snake Year, I get a big order from SD, of which is near 0.5 million USD order, which is much much higher than my total income this year. Thanks for god that give me such a welcome and great present.
Unfortunately, I am tired of our product, and I wanna join the business of ceiling lamp, table lamp. Of which is much popular than energy saving lamp….
At the coming Horse Year, I wanna go into a big company to learn more and experience more. For a fish salesman, maybe it is the fast way to grow up, is that right??
Anyway, at the Aug 2014, I will work total 2 years at this company, and I wanna change the job, maybe as a Taobao service, maybe to be a following of salesman….
Come on I will push myself harder than the last year….
