接单接怕了,每次货到后,接踵而来的就是客诉。真的怕了。在这里工作快2年了,接了也快20个订单了,没有一个返单,10多个客诉。这是昨天接到的一个客人的邮件:
It is disappointing I have no response from your company.I have now no option but to pursue legal action on your company to recover our losses. Please be advised that if we have no response from you within seven days I will commence with legal action. Your company has also posted our brand on Alibaba without our authority, we request you remove this immediately.
真是怕了。也很累。

如果是公司这边你无法解决的问题就该想想下一步了。
平台很重要的。
cnsally:我是希望公司倒闭了。每次客诉,我都要浪费很长时间。最终能不了了之的,就不了了之,看来这次不行了。我现在头都疼死了,客人这个客诉是包装问题,我们无法解决的。已经从去年说道今年了,问题很多。
中间想办法解决,但是新的问题又出来了。
我现在都没一丁点儿心情工作。

I don’t really understand how you can stay in business but after we alert all the Chinese and American authorities about your immoral conduct, I hope we can put you out of fraudulent business indefinitely.

我的客诉,都是因为老板太贪心,偷工减料。
接单就是接麻烦,接客诉。在这样的公司工作下去,会得病的。SOMETIMES, 我自己都觉得自己是个骗子。
没给客人都给100%的信任。同样,也是100%的失望。
伤不起吖。坚持到秋季广交会后,我就解脱了。
现在属于工作交接期。
