As per our discusion with they end buyer concerning the quantity and payment issues, The chairman of they committee said that it's the Duty of the Foreign Contractor to inform them through the proforma invoice based on this needed quantity how He/She will be shipping the goods per shipment since they did not know the supplier's capability on production ok,

Please ( Shelly Zhou ) they Committee said that any supplier that is serious and capable enough to handle this project must submit their Application/Tender Documents alongside with the physical sample of the product to their office which after their study of the requirements before they will proceed with such a company;

They committee also promise to do one time Payment as 100%T/T which is bank to bank in advance to the Foreign contractor in order to enable He/She start work immediately and to avoid taxes and delayance from the supplier,

The Chairman of the Committee said that once the payment is transfered into the Foreign contractor end account that they will send their Committee representative to visit the supplier's company and factory in order to talk face to face before proceeding on production,

So please quickly inform us are you 100% sure that your company has the capability of handling this project?So that we can proceed and ask them of the requirements that should be submit to their Office;

Waiting for your Urgent call and reply for more clarification as soon as possible, As we are working hard here to see that your company win and secures this project by the grace of God and please kindly bear in mind you don't have to delay in order to enable us win and secures it,Since it's an open project and there are many companies applying for this ok,

And because of the way other companies involve in this project are pushing and fighting toot and nails just to see that they get this project, So we have promise they committee and Chairman of they committee that we are going to sign the project on your company's behalf with our company Attorney,

The Chairman promise that after their meeting today they will know if to proceed to the Cameroon high Supreme Court of Justice for the signing and sealed of the related documents,

Anyway; you shall be inform once everything is done all we need from you now is your strong prayer for them to accept and do as they have promise,But have you heard from them?
