我刚到一家公司做外贸,公司外贸零基础,去年招了一个外贸业务员辞职了,留下了一些邮箱,都是在B2B上收到的群发询盘,报价过去后就没回音了,这两天我就发了一些邮件给客人,装作以前有合作过的样子,我的邮件如下:
Hi Jan,
Hope you everything goes well.
Since Kassis has left our company, her job will be taken over by me.
I've noticed that we didn't receive your new request for a long time.
Do you have any metal parts need we quote or tell us what do we need to improve our service?
Thanks you very much and look forward to hearing from you.
有个客人收到邮件后回复如下:
Dear Karen,
Thank you for your e-mail.
Jan has left our company.
After checking our system, I can not find any previous conversations with Jan, either contact information for your company.
Is it possible your company has changed its name, please let me know so I can input the correct information into our system.
At the moment we dont have any ongoing project we can request price from you.
实际我们只是给客人报过一次价,客人有可能连邮件都没看到过,求助我接下来怎么回复客人比较好,怎么和客人联系起来。谢谢大家。
