在对公司对外贸产生了厌倦之心的时候,在想对公司领导提出离开的时候.
老天让我认识了这个埃及客户..
本来说给我下一个柜的.产品都挑好了.期间费时有大概5个月之久..
早几天跟我讲,由于埃及最近的动荡.他的流动资金少了.因此只能拼柜.
也罢..拼柜也给我下4个产品.总共60CTN.虽然不多,但是也叫有个单子了..
最重要的是,他教会了我很多东西.我是一直都没出口到过埃及的..
现在每天都跟这个客户确认这个,敲定那个的.客户仔细到PI都一步一步教我.
很感激他.
同时也想通过开这个贴,记录下点点滴滴.
也想有其他有经验的人跟我探讨下的..

嗯.就是客户说我对他很真诚.因为我有些时候不能做到的事情都老实把原因告诉他.我觉得没必要欺骗客户的.

鎏妖霧：话说有一天.大概是4,5月份的时候(具体时间我真的忘了,因为每天都很忙,加上电脑重装过,以前的聊天记录没有了).阿里旺旺上面有人加我.一般我都要看了详细资料才加人的,不要说我坏心眼.确实阿里旺旺上面有时候很多对我来说很无谓的人来加我的,有点困扰了.我看了详细资料,是埃及的.然后个人详细说明那里是Import kitchenware.我做的就是餐厨类的产品,嗯,对口了.所以我就加了他.
一开始就是互相问好的啦.哈哈..这个就不说了.
然后他就问我是不是**工厂(为了避免做广告的嫌疑,把我司产品去掉哈)..我说是的.
后面还聊了点什么的.我实在想不起来.
模糊中就记得,我问他埃及多不多人用**产品,他说挺多的,说埃及的人越来越有钱了(这个估计开玩笑的).然后我就给我司的网站给他,叫他上去看下产品.
后面就好像没聊了.
不过当时是有点奇怪了,我记得好像是我这边的下午他加的我,我在阿里旺旺对话框那里点了下他当地时间,好像是凌晨2,3点的样子.我就问他了,我说这么晚了你还不休息呀.他说,一般要跟中国这边的供应商谈事情的时候都是需要这个时间去工作的.我当时就想,真敬业啊.他还说他经常要跟中国这边的供应商谈事情(后面也证实了,因为我经常早上看到他在线,下午也看到他在线,晚上还看到他在线,真的很敬业的).
我那时候就感觉,这个客户估计挺有希望了,我就觉得我该好好跟进下的了..

A级报关/单证：埃及的还算比较难做的，到时候还要做监装这些，没有CIQ，到时候会清不了关，注意了

鎏妖霧：其实,从上面那段聊天记录来看.这个客户其实是挺专业的,而且从5月份到10月份这几个月的时间,客户都有自己从那边的市场做调差,分别从质量和价格上面他都有去研究的.我就觉得其实外国人真的比我们做事情都要认真都要严谨.特别是做生意的人,想的事情都是比较全面比较长远的.
另外,提到样板问题.当初刚开始谈的时候,经过我跟客户的探讨和商量,我公司是打算免费给他样板的,数量有30个之多.但是需要他付快递费用.当时咨询了下,费用好像大概四五百的样子,我自己个人都觉得挺贵的.客户就更不用说了,我记得他当时是这样和我说的,他说不是费用贵不贵的问题,是看看能不能有其他办法可以节省这几百块,另外也要看这几百块值不值得花.当然,我一直跟客户讲的是我们工厂的质量是属于中上等,而且价格也会比其他工厂贵一点点的.其实也谢谢客户这么的相信我.所以他自己去看了他那边的市场以后,就直接来跟我谈了.我觉得,凭他个人的经验,他应该能评估到底我司的价格和质量到底在哪条线上的.
